What do you like best about the product?
Best CRM on the market. The most robust, complete, agile, and ready to connect with the entire modern revenue stack.
What do you dislike about the product?
Almost mandatory requires an administrator to reveal its true value
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Highly advanced customization of the tool, which allows it to be adapted to the sales cycle specific to each company. In my opinion, every issue can be resolved with the tool, provided the necessary resources are allocated.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate Salesforce Sales Cloud for its robust customization and seamless integration ecosystem. The Flow Builder is a standout feature because it lets me create complex business logic and automation without writing any code, which is efficient for scaling operations. I also find the AppExchange and the API-first approach to be game-changers, as they allow me to easily connect Salesforce with external data tools like Python scripts or SQL databases, ensuring clean and synchronized data flow. The ability to build custom objects tailored to our specific business needs, instead of being stuck with a generic structure, makes Salesforce an excellent solution for our workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Salesforce Sales Cloud is powerful, there are a few areas that could be improved. The learning curve and complexity of the platform can be overwhelming, especially for new users or smaller teams without a dedicated admin. The initial setup and configuration are time-consuming. The interface performance, especially the Lightning Experience, can feel sluggish when generating complex reports or loading pages with many custom components; improving speed and responsiveness would be a plus. Pricing transparency is an issue; costs can escalate quickly with more users and third-party integrations from the AppExchange. A more flexible pricing structure for growing startups would be helpful. The mobile app doesn't offer the same deep customization and ease of use as the desktop version, particularly for managing complex data workflows on the go.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Salesforce Sales Cloud to eliminate data fragmentation, automate tasks to save time, and convert raw data into actionable insights. It centralizes customer interactions, automates lead routing, and provides real-time analytics for better revenue forecasting.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Sales Cloud brings everything into one place: leads, opportunities, and customer data, so teams can work faster and make decisions based on real, up-to-date insights.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can feel overly complex, simple changes or reports may require extra configuration, and user adoption can be challenging if the setup isn’t intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Cloud solves the problem of scattered sales data and manual processes by centralizing everything and automating workflows. That benefits me by saving time, improving data accuracy, and helping teams stay aligned and focused on closing deals instead of admin work.

What do you like best about the product?
Excellent for managing leads and opportunities as well as forecasting for budgeting purposes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price is a bit steep for smaller organisations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It stores all related items to an account in one place. Emails are integrated so any communication to accounts/ contacts show up under the profiles therefore any user can jump on board and hit the ground running

What do you like best about the product?
I like that all our data is in one place with Salesforce Sales Cloud, and it keeps everything organized and flowing. It's really useful that it keeps emails organized and our responses too, making it easy to look back and see how we've answered in the past. It helps us better with follow-up emails. It's a good product that was very helpful and helps expedite our customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's kinda difficult sometimes to get started and to understand how everything works initially. But once you do, it's fairly simple.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud streamlines our customer response time, keeps all our data in one place, and organizes emails and responses, helping us improve future interactions.

What do you like best about the product?
It's Salesforce Sales Cloud has been a standout platform for managing our end-to-end sales process. The biggest win is visibility: pipelines, activities, forecasting, and performance reporting are all in one place, so it’s much easier to stay aligned across sales and marketing and keep opportunities moving.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI and navigation can feel overwhelming at first, and some day-to-day tasks take more clicks than you’d expect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lack of visibility and control over the pipeline
Problem: Without a single CRM, deals end up scattered across spreadsheets, inboxes, and individual reps’ notes—so forecasting becomes guesswork.

Weak reporting and hard-to-prove performance
Knowing where each opportunity is and what stage it is in is a game-changer.
Reporting dashboards that can be refreshed lets us spend less time using excel

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of tracking the entire Sales Journey of leads and monitoring the different stages of a client. It helps in measuring performance against KPIs and understand what's working and what's not.
What do you dislike about the product?
Probably the only thing that I dislike is that there's a significant learning curve for this platform. It often times feels a little daunting since there are so many different functionalities available. Moreover, as we scale up, we're realising that some features and integrations are getting costlier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Basically, the reporting and analysis of the Sales Funnel has been streamlined by this platform. It has allowed us to better track the Sales Team's performance and also ensure that it aligns with the set goals. Working in a hybrid organization, this is quite a useful tool for remote collaboration. It centralizes the entire sales process and also the different automations and integrations help us in saving time and other resources.
