What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It brings all our customer data together in one place. We don’t need to leave the SF ecosystem for pipeline, opportunity, account, or case management. It’s an omnichannel tool that supports real-time deal tracking.

Pipeline visibility: It gives a clear view of deals, stages, and potential risks all in one place.
Strong reporting & forecasting: The dashboards provide leadership with real-time insight, as long as the data is kept up to date.
Customization: You can tailor it to your sales process rather than being forced into a generic workflow.

What do you dislike about the product?
Heavy and complex : It’s powerful, but not intuitive. Without proper setup it feels overwhelming.
Adoption depends on discipline: If you dont update it consistently, reporting becomes unreliable fast.
Cost vs. value risk : expensive, and without strong process ownership, it can turn into a glorified data-entry tool.

Deal tracking & organization : Keeps all opportunities, contacts, and activities in one place, so I always know what to focus on, as a global company this helps with company memory as well

Ticketing Made Effortless for Smooth Day-to-Day Work
What do you like best about the product?
It’s excellent. Ticketing has never been this easy, and we’re able to handle our day-to-day tasks smoothly and without hassle.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! Experience has been excellent. Would definitely recommend it to others if I had the opportunity.

The Best CRM for Keeping Track of Leads
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it keeps track of my leads, and I think it’s the best CRM out there. I also think its easy to use. I've never had training on it but am able to use the software effortlessly. I use it everyday.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in particular. I still think Salesforce is the leader for sales teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have over 700 accounts or customers that I need to keep track of. Salesforce Sales Cloud helps me manage them, set reminders for follow-ups, and stay on top of my most important tasks.

Best CRM out there. couldn't do my job without it. easy to use and use it every day.

both a strength and weakness - its so customizable but sometimes that requires outside help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have many customers I need to keep track of, track next steps, forecast opportunities and percentage likelihoods as well as managing a whole team's performance and the dashboards are amazing.
Great Salesforce Project Creation, but Project Tab Filters Need More Flexibility
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to generate procore projects through salesforce is a huge plus. Also, combining calendar meetings with google calendar is extremely helpful to my job.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like how you cannot view multiple filters simultaneously in the project tab.

It solves my integration issue across three software apps at my company.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud offers strong overall utility and is highly customizable. Right out of the box, it includes enough configuration options for a company to run its sales cycle smoothly, while still leaving room to tailor it further as needs evolve. It’s also straightforward to implement, and when we run into issues in Salesforce, we can quickly open a case; their customer support team responds and helps as soon as possible.

What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I’ve noticed is that the platform comes with a learning curve, especially if you’re new to Salesforce or CRM tools. At first, some of the more advanced features and AI capabilities can feel a bit overwhelming.
Customization and initial setup can also take time. For smaller teams in particular, it may come across as somewhat complex or heavy compared with simpler tools.

Agentforce Sales helps address repetitive, time-consuming sales tasks. Rather than manually tracking leads, sending follow-ups, or constantly updating CRM data, I can rely on the AI agents to take care of many of these activities automatically, which makes the overall workflow feel smoother and more manageable.

Easy to create and navigate reports. Filters are easy to find and use, while exporting reports is simple.

While highly customizable, a customer page can. become a bit crowded with TOO MUCH information
