What do you like best about the product?
Great for running reports, easy to look up my customers, their printers, previous work orders, generate leads
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn’t retain your password for long and you have to use the Authenticator app all the time

Less paper work, information all in one place, easy to search cutting down time to gather information

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how easy Salesforce Sales Cloud is to use. It has a simple user interface, which doesn't limit any of the available features. All the information across the organization is gathered in one single place, making it easily accessible. I don't have to spend a lot of time searching for information on Salesforce. Overall, I find it very efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are some bugs. I wish they would provide software updates and bug fixes more frequently. The initial setup was of medium difficulty.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud gathers all information in one place, making it easily accessible. The simple user interface allows me to find information quickly without spending a lot of time.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the user-friendly interface, robust CRM capabilities, and powerful reporting features of Salesforce Sales Cloud. What do you dislike about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud is a very powerful platform, but it can be a bit complex for new users to get started. Training is required to understand and use many features correctly. Additionally, some customizations and integration setups can take time. If the interface is made a bit simpler and the onboarding process for new users is improved, the experience could be even better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Salesforce Sales Cloud to manage lead and customer data, track the sales pipeline, and collaborate with the team. It reduces manual work, helps in viewing reports and analytics, and makes it easier to make the right decisions.

I like that Salesforce Sales Cloud keeps our department organized and helps with daily contact efficiency. I appreciate our customized dashboards, which help us keep our leads updated between team members and enable us to manage our workload and time efficiently across multiple employees and legal fields. Also, the learning threshold was very quick, making it easy to get started.
