What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most about Salesforce Sales Cloud is how seamlessly it centralizes all customer and sales information in one place. The platform makes it incredibly easy to track opportunities, manage accounts, and maintain full visibility across the entire sales pipeline.
Its automation capabilities—such as workflows, task reminders, and lead assignment rules—save a significant amount of time and help ensure nothing falls through the cracks. I also value the reporting and dashboard tools, which allow you to build real‑time, customizable insights that support better decision‑making.
Overall, it’s a powerful, flexible system that adapts well to different sales processes and helps teams stay organized and productive.

What do you dislike about the product?
The main drawback of Salesforce Sales Cloud is its complexity. While the platform is powerful, it can feel overwhelming for new users, and the learning curve is noticeably steep. Many basic tasks require navigating through multiple menus or understanding specific configuration settings, which can slow down adoption.
Additionally, customization—although one of Salesforce’s strengths—often requires admin expertise or developer support, making it harder for teams to make quick adjustments on their own. The cost can also become significant as you add more features, licenses, or integrations.

I particularly use SF to forecast quarterly revenue and identify risky deals. the dashboard view is very helpful for leadership to see the deal progress on WoW basis.

It is not beginners friendlily. There is a learning curve before this tool becomes your best buddy. Until then you will have to depend on a lot of online training courses to master the tool
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consulting deals are typically complex, long cycle and high value. SF ensures there is better visibility across different global teams, strong client relationships and a structured deal execution along with predictable revenue forecast.

Streamlined Sales Processes with Intuitive UI
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the lead-to-cash capabilities in Salesforce Sales Cloud. It's like a streamlined flow that is proven and works well. The forecast model is really nice, allowing me to choose the streams where I want to forecast, like pipeline and best case, giving a great view of forecasting. Territory management is another feature I value, working really well for sales according to territory. Plus, the ability to create and drop reports and dashboards is a huge plus, as they work very well for us. The mobile capability is a lifesaver for my sales team, allowing them to operate and update leads or opportunities while on the go. The intuitive and nice UI also makes it a pleasant experience. Features like Einstein, with next best actions and insights for lead and opportunity scoring, provide a proper view of the prospects. Additionally, the reports and dashboards are really good, offering an easy-to-use interface that gives an overview of customer activities. I find the platform robust overall.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think they need to do a better job on product and price book. It seems pretty basic right now. You just have a price book where you add the products and list prices based on the currencies. It's basic, not because they have CPQ product, but not every customer has a CPQ kind of request and then it's an add on cost. Right now, we end up doing customization. Also, if they can bring up something for invoices and stuff like that, it would be very useful for SMB kind of customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud simplifies managing the entire lead to cash lifecycle with its intuitive UI and mobile capabilities. It's easy for my sales team to update opportunities on the go. The platform's robust dashboards and reports provide sharp insights into customer activities, enhancing our forecasting and territory management.
Powerful and highly customizable CRM, but takes some time to learn
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how customizable the dashboards and reporting tools are. It makes tracking our client interactions and managing the overall pipeline incredibly straightforward. Being able to see exactly where things are bottlenecking in real-time is a huge plus for keeping everything organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve is definitely on the steeper side, especially for newer team members. Because it's so feature-rich, the interface can feel pretty cluttered and overwhelming if you don't take the time to properly customize your views right from the start
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's mainly helping us centralize all of our customer data and track the entire lifecycle of an account in one spot. Before, information felt scattered across different platforms, but having a single source of truth saves a ton of time when pulling up account histories and keeps everyone aligned.
Best CRM with Seamless Integration and User-Friendly Design
What do you like best about the product?
I like Salesforce Sales Cloud primarily for its cost-effectiveness and its customizable nature. It's pretty user-friendly, allowing me to save links or articles about our services easily. All the tools are integrated inside it, so I don't need to open new browser windows or multiple windows to use a web-based phone. I've been using it for more than three years, which has given me an opportunity to explore all the tools it offers. Compared to other proprietary CRM software I've used before in the business process outsourcing industry, Salesforce Sales Cloud stands out as the best one.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not sure if it's possible to integrate customer review surveys like CSAT, PSAT directly inside Salesforce Sales Cloud.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Salesforce Sales Cloud for assisting customers, answering calls, booking orders, and it's an integrated system so I don't have to open multiple windows for tools like a web-based phone.
Fast Interface, Essential for Documentation
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the fast interface of Salesforce Sales Cloud, which makes it easy to navigate and perform tasks efficiently. Its features are easy to learn and helpful in making and prioritizing cases as needed. I can quickly find every detail of each account I search for, which is particularly beneficial for our collections process where documentation and keeping track of debtor interactions are crucial. The ease of setup is another plus; it only takes less than a week for new joiners to set up their accounts. Overall, Salesforce Sales Cloud makes our work documentation smooth and keeps everything well-organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
We use Salesforce for our USA accounts and UK accounts. Both have different interfaces. The USA one is fast and swift, but when working on our UK accounts we use another Salesforce interface called COPS, which is a bit slow in comparison and needs a bit of improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Salesforce Sales Cloud for documenting our work and tracking accounts efficiently. It helps keep all records intact, making it easier to connect with debtors. The interface is fast and user-friendly, letting me prioritize and resolve cases swiftly.
