Excellent Data Storage with Rich Detail
What do you like best about the product?
I m able to find the data for last 6 months and also more than that and details for each shipment I m getting easily
What do you dislike about the product?
It gets more time to load the details as being too much of data is stored

In contacting day to day emails exchange with my customer and monthly data of each user

the outlook integration is great and affordable

it is impossible to figure out and doing simple tasks like sending an email are convoluted or horrible

the documentation is terrible and this Agent Force is nonsense and useless
Mixed-Use Platform, But Not Always A Fit for Ops Needs
What do you like best about the product?
It does feel like a very mixed-use platform that helps capture a lot of activity and data.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't suit my needs as Ops department personnel. So far, we haven't been able to integrate our own AI workflows with Salesforce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly data capturing.
User-Friendly and Efficient for Documentation
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Agentforce Sales is user-friendly. As a reviewer, I appreciate being able to add comments and documents from my end, which is really helpful. Also, I find that the documents are easily retrievable during audits.
What do you dislike about the product?
The file upload size can be increased. Some user manual should be there on the website in form of file or video.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Agentforce Sales for proper documentation post-events with doctors, adding comments, and retrieving documents easily during audits.

I appreciate the ability to synchronize data between multiple sources with Agentforce Sales. It's really convenient for managing emails and other types of connections with other operational work software.
What do you dislike about the product?
The search tab located at the top of the page could be improved to follow the scrolling of the page without returning to the top.

I use Agentforce Sales to centralize customer data, ensuring traceability of requests and allowing AI integration. It synchronizes data from multiple sources and manages emails with other software.

It can be a bit complex at first and takes time to get used to. Some features are not very intuitive, and setting everything up properly can be time-consuming

It helps in keeping all customer and sales data in one place. Earlier things were a bit unorganized, but now it’s easier to track leads, manage follow-ups, and stay on top of the sales process. It saves time and improves overall productivity.
