What do you like best about the product?
What’s really interesting now is the AI side (Agentforce). It can help with things like prospecting, drafting emails, and even prioritising which deals to focus on. So instead of just being a system you update, it actually feels like it’s helping you move deals forward.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the biggest drawbacks is how complex it can feel at first. There’s a lot going on in the system
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I spend more time actually talking to clients and closing deals
I don’t have to worry about forgetting follow-ups or losing track of opportunities
I have better visibility of my pipeline, so I know where I stand at any time

The UI/UX is great, and the pricing is very reasonable.

Some of the integrations are a bit difficult to use.

Everything in One Place: Strong Pipeline Tracking and Reporting Visibility

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce keeps everything in one place. It makes it much easier to track leads, deals, follow-ups, and overall pipeline without jumping between different tools. I also like the reporting and visibility it gives, especially when you need to see where things are moving and where they are getting stuck. When it is set up well, it is really helpful for staying organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
Somtimes it can feel heavy and more complicated than it needs to be. The UI is not always very intuitive, and simple things can sometimes take too many clicks. It also feels like a tool that works best only after a lot of setup, so if the implementation is not clean, the day-to-day experience can get frustrating fast.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Agentforce Sales helps solve the problem of keeping sales work organized. Without a tool like this, it is easy to lose track of leads, follow-ups, deal stages, and customer history. It benefits me by giving one place to manage all of that, so it is easier to see what is moving, what needs attention, and where the pipeline stands. That saves time, improves visibility, and makes follow-ups and reporting much more manageable.

What do you like best about the product?
What stands out most about Agentforce Sales is the way it turns the CRM from a passive database into an active part of our sales cycle. The autonomous agents take care of lead qualification and routine follow-ups with surprisingly strong accuracy, and that has noticeably reduced the “admin fatigue” our team used to deal with.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Agentforce Sales is how it makes the entire sales process more organized and efficient. It centralizes all customer information in one place, which makes it much easier to track opportunities and manage relationships with clients. I also find the automation features very helpful, as they save time and allow me to focus on what really matters—closing deals and building strong customer relationships. Additionally, the reporting and forecasting tools provide clear insights into team performance, helping support more strategic decision-making.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike about Agentforce Sales is that it can feel quite complex and overwhelming at times, especially for new users. The interface isn’t always the most intuitive, which can make simple tasks take longer than expected. Additionally, customization—while powerful—can require a lot of time and technical knowledge to set up properly. I also find that performance can occasionally be slow when dealing with large amounts of data, which can interrupt workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Agentforce Sales helps solve the problem of scattered and disorganized customer information by bringing everything into a single, centralized platform. Instead of switching between different tools or spreadsheets, I can easily access all relevant data about leads, contacts, and opportunities in one place. This improves efficiency and reduces the risk of missing important details.

It also addresses the challenge of managing and tracking the sales pipeline. With clear visibility into each stage of the process, I can prioritize tasks better and follow up with prospects at the right time, which increases the chances of closing deals.

Another problem it solves is the amount of manual, repetitive work in sales. Through automation, tasks like data entry, follow-ups, and reminders are streamlined, saving time and allowing me to focus more on building relationships and generating revenue.

Overall, these improvements make my workflow more organized, help me stay on top of opportunities, and support better decision-making through real-time data and reporting.

What do you dislike about the product?
While the potential is high, the primary challenge is the initial complexity of configuration. Setting up autonomous agents requires very high-quality, clean data in the Data Cloud to avoid 'hallucinations' or incorrect customer interactions. Additionally, the transition from manual workflows to autonomous ones requires significant oversight and testing to ensure the AI aligns perfectly with specific brand voices, which can be time-consuming for smaller teams.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Agentforce Sales continues to evolve and incorporate best practices from across different industries and organization sizes. This allows us to evolve our processes and experiment with different techniques, even if we are not experts in sales. The native features are great for capturing critical data in a way that is understandable for end users, usable in reports by managers for analytics and dashboards, and adaptable by admins to enhance system efficiency. The customization options and automations help increase sales velocity by guiding sales through defined paths, ensuring accurate data capture, and prompting the right questions to help close sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
The problems with it seem to come from organizations not understanding how to use it efficiently and overbuilding or making poor choices. My hope is that as AI is more incorporated into the product, it will aid with efficiency in processes and start analyzing how you've designed your processes and suggesting improvements. Also, while I was not at the company during the initial configuration of Sales Cloud, having done that at other companies, I know it is one of the more involved processes to set up in Salesforce. For managers, there's less guidance about how to make choices, especially if you're not experienced with Salesforce or designing sales processes, which might lead to suboptimal use by a novice sales manager. However, it's flexible enough for revisions as managers discover better processes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Agentforce Sales to create a sales process that's easy to capture with data, helping analyze performance and forecast changes. Its evolving features incorporate industry best practices, making it possible to adapt and experiment even for those less experienced in sales.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform combines a social community centered around their workplace software that allows you connect with other users, take courses on how best to use the software, and the UI is pretty straightforward
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform has so many different applications and navigating where you need to go can sometimes be tedious

Salesforce allows us to use the data obtained from corporate to best identify and manage the needs of our guests which allows us to plan ahead for guest with high status and also see how well we are performing by scraping review sites for feedback from our guests
