Powerful but Complex: Centralized Sales with a Steep Learning Curve
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best is how Agentforce Sales centralizes all customer and opportunity data in one place and layers on strong automation and AI-driven insights, so reps spend far less time on manual admin and can focus on actually selling.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike most is that Agentforce Sales is quite complex and has a steep learning curve, so you often need trained admins just to configure and maintain it, and costs can climb quickly as you add users, features, and required add-ons like Data Cloud. The UI and configuration options can feel overwhelming for new users, and getting real value sometimes takes more time and expertise than expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Agentforce Sales is helping us solve fragmented sales data, limited pipeline visibility, and too much manual admin work in our sales process. By centralizing all our lead, account, and opportunity information and automating routine tasks and follow-ups, it gives us a 360° view of the sales cycle, improves forecasting, and lets reps spend more time selling instead of updating spreadsheets and chasing information.
Powerful Lead and Pipeline Management for Better Forecasting
What do you like best about the product?
For me, the most important part of using Salesforce Sales Cloud is its lead and pipeline management tools, because they help my team and me forecast appropriately.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I was first getting to know the tool, I found it a bit difficult to get into the flow of using it. Until I fully understood what was going on, it felt like more work than it was worth. It’s also quite a costly tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest thing for us, as a small company, is keeping everything organized. It’s critical that everyone across the company can see the same pipeline and leads, so nothing overlaps and we can all collaborate on the same work. Having a live CRM where everything stays up to date is key.

What do you like best about the product?
I can not only complete tasks for the job I’m to complete but I can communicate to other team members when those tasks are completed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can’t find anything that I dislike about the application.

It created a space where more than one need can be met. Tasks can be completed and everyone involved can be updated within the same timeframe

What do you like best about the product?
I like using Agentforce Sales to access my opportunities and maintain task hygiene efficiently. It helps me manage my data and deadlines well, with each name, email, and title all in one place, offering ease of access. I appreciate its capabilities to make reports and CSV sheets efficiently. I also find the interface good, with many options and features that make it very informative.
What do you dislike about the product?
The graphs and stats could be better. The theme can also be worked on.

I use Agentforce Sales to access opportunities and maintain task hygiene. It manages my data and deadlines well, consolidating names, emails, and titles. Reporting capabilities and CSV sheet creation are efficient, and the interface is informative.

What do you like best about the product?
I like using Agentforce Sales as a CRM and sales tracking system because it allows me to collect all data about customers in one place. The dashboards, reports, and lists are simple to build and use, making it easier to update data. I find the ease of creating specific and detailed reports and dashboards particularly helpful in supporting my activities. Additionally, the setup was simple since I have used it in the past. If there's a strong need for handling complex processes and details, this system is definitely the one to use, provided you have knowledge, experience, and a qualified admin to make it work well.

Mostly it is related to personal permissions and not to the product capabilities. Nothing that can be fixed in the product.

A lot of times the sales teams are getting lost in the way to handle multiple paths of sales, and when we automate with intelligence all the things get more clean.

Feature-rich and highly customisable, it fits any business need. we use it for customer support and sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
Intermittent lagging, and it takes a long time to refresh dashboards with more than 10 reports.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Agentforce Sales helps with customer 360 and actually performs actions for our customers instead of just answering questions. I appreciate the ability to manage campaigns to closed opportunities and future relationships with clients. It's great that everything we need can be done in one place, as we were struggling with multiple platforms before. I also find it helpful that it doesn't just capture and do prompts but also understands 'do not do' instructions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Creating an agent with voice- i want i should speak everything in any language be it hindi english or french and my agent would be 100% ready

Boost Sales Effectiveness and Automation
What do you like best about the product?
As a consultant, I have really liked that with the incorporation of agents in Agentforce Sales, a new layer of configuration and automation has been added. This has allowed the company to boost its effectiveness and reduce manual tasks. I also love how the agents guide and train new team members without the need to assign a mentor, which reduces the overall impact on the sales team and boosts individual effectiveness and productivity. Additionally, I was able to create different agents that have allowed the automation and streamlining of the training processes for new team members and to guide both new and veteran people on how sales prospects should be initiated and how to follow up on opportunities to close business deals.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the integration with other tools that companies also have, especially legacy applications and systems. Especially when these systems are on-premise. Mulesoft is a solution, but some clients are not willing to pay for it. There's also the issue of VPNs, which makes the connection have its particularities and limitations when creating integrations with these legacy systems.

With Agentforce Sales, I can automate and streamline sales processes, improve the onboarding of new members, reduce manual tasks, and increase individual effectiveness and productivity by guiding representatives in tracking opportunities.
