What do you like best about the product?
The graphics are great! It’s really easy to read the graphs and clearly see my personal growth, both with my own goals and with our group goals over time.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be difficult to find what I am looking for immediately, sometimes I have to go tab to tab to find exactly what I want.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like having everything in one place, without needing to jump between multiple places or even multiple screens just to complete a task. The workflow is straightforward and easy to use.

I have used it in a BPO company. It keeps track of all customer interactions, so I can provide the best solutions based on their previous conversations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such. It may feel a bit complex for new users. Getting trained and using it practically are totally different, so it takes time to really understand the CRM.

It pulls real-time customer data from the CRM, along with details of the interactions a representative has had with the customer.

1) When I first started working with it, everything felt very point-and-click. However, as the requirements became more complex, the implementer still needs to have coding knowledge to handle them properly.

Overall it's a strong platform but it can feel a bit complex and overwhelming at times especially for new users. Also, faster performance and easier customization without heavy dependency on admins would make it even better.
