Helpful AI Follow-Ups and Action Plans, but Visual Task Prioritization Needs Work
What do you like best about the product?
The new AI task follow-up feature has been helpful in scheduling additional tasks that come up related to an initial conversation with clients. Also, action plans are very helpful for streamlining the scheduling of repeated processes
What do you dislike about the product?
More AI integration would be helpful. Also, the ability to sort tasks by priority in a way that color-codes them would help to visually keep mental tabs on what is most urgent. Visual clarity in general could be improved
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It greatly helps our team keep detailed notes of client conversations, as well as tracking how these conversations can be related to other clients and potential prospects.

The tabs allow me to organize customer information clearly and keep everything easy to find.

I don’t like the interface—it’s boring to look at.

It allows me to scale up by storing detailed client information and data, and to analyze features for clients related to their business and/or product.
Functional but with a Learning Curve
What do you like best about the product?
What I like about Agentforce Sales is that their platform hasn't changed much, which makes it very simple to use when you already know it or have been working with it for years.
What do you dislike about the product?
Visually, it is old, loading is slow, and for an inexperienced user, it is difficult to navigate without extensive training on the platform. The initial setup was difficult, it took months and required an in-house team to implement and manage the platform despite being a SaaS.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Agentforce Sales to manage clients, sales, subscriptions, and campaigns. It provides me with organization and access to complete information on clients and prospects from anywhere, as well as performance reports and the impact of sales and marketing.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Agentforce Sales gives me a clear, customizable view of my pipeline and accounts, so I can easily track deals, tasks, and follow-ups in one place without jumping between tools. The strong integrations and automation features reduce manual data entry and help keep customer information up to date, which makes my day-to-day workflow much more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find Agentforce Sales can feel overly complex and clunky at times, especially when navigating between different objects or customizing layouts, and there is a steep learning curve for new or less-technical users. It can also be slow and resource-intensive, and making simple configuration changes sometimes takes more steps than it should, which can be frustrating when you just want to move quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Agentforce Sales helps us centralize all of our customer and pipeline data, so instead of chasing information across spreadsheets and different tools, we have one source of truth for accounts, opportunities, and activity history. That has made it much easier to prioritize the right deals, stay on top of follow-ups, and forecast more accurately, which saves time, reduces missed opportunities, and gives leadership clearer visibility into performance.
Works reliably, but extending older versions is rough
What do you like best about the product?
It works. The core CRM functionality is reliable and battle-tested, and there is a huge ecosystem of docs, integrations, and community knowledge to lean on when you get stuck on something.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had to build on top of an older version and it was difficult. Extending it isn't straightforward and the upgrade path between versions felt painful. The newer version may well be better, but I haven't had the chance to evaluate it yet.

It's our system of record for customer and sales data — keeps the pipeline, accounts, and history of interactions in one place so the team has shared visibility into what's happening with each customer.

It keeps everything about customers in one place, easier to stay organised. Saves lit of time plus automation of tasks helps to focus on more important tasks

For new users, can be little overwhelming. Customising it requires more time and effort. Also in reports, formulas are complicated to put
