What do you like best about the product?
The best part is how it shifts from a static database to a proactive "teammate" that handles the grunt work. The autonomous agents can research leads, draft follow-ups, and update deal stages on their own, letting you focus on the actual conversation. It finally makes the CRM feel like a tool that works for you rather than a chore you have to feed with data.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest frustration is the "complexity tax"—setting up the autonomous agents to actually be useful requires a massive amount of clean data and back-end configuration. If your existing data is messy, the AI produces unreliable results, making the initial rollout feel like an uphill battle. It can also be incredibly expensive, as the high licensing costs for these advanced features often put them out of reach for smaller teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It primarily solves the problem of stagnant data and administrative burnout. Instead of a rep wasting hours manually logging calls or researching leads, the platform uses autonomous agents to qualify prospects and prep "cheat sheets" for meetings.

Sometime we used to face slower performance when its handling higher dataset or due to heavily customized orgs setup

Using Agentforce we have eliminated lot of manual and reputative works like updating records, logging activity, searching for account information and details and which help of AI driven methodology we are highly focusing on Selling instead of CRM Maintenance.

What do you like best about the product?
It’s mostly useful for lead scoring and opportunity scoring, and for assigning a predictability score that shows how likely an opportunity is to be closed won. It’s also primarily helpful for Service Cloud.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not super accurate all the time. The lead scoring weightage can be customized but not suitable for all industries. There have been reported instances where the AI output or the agentforce output is very far from reality.

I also find the automation features really useful for reducing manual admin, allowing more time to focus on high-value sales activities. Overall, it’s a scalable and highly customisable solution that adapts well to different sales processes and business needs.

One of the main drawbacks is that the platform can feel quite complex and overwhelming, especially for new users or teams without dedicated Salesforce support. Customisation is powerful, but it often requires significant time, expertise, or admin resource to implement and maintain effectively. The user interface can also feel cluttered at times, which can slow down day-to-day tasks. Additionally, reporting, while robust, isn’t always as intuitive as it could be and can require extra configuration to get the exact insights needed. Overall, there can be a steep learning curve and ongoing maintenance effort to get the most value from the system.

An excellent platform with AI features that autonomously handle repetitive tasks, giving me more time to focus on what I need to address in my assignments.

The product is fine overall. I do think it could benefit from better custom Lee service.

I found that it wasn’t particularly user-friendly, and it had a noticeably steeper learning curve than we’re used to.

Reps spend too much time on admin work and not enough time selling, so Agentforce Sales really helps eliminate that extra burden that can put dents in margins.
