What I like best is how it shifts from a passive CRM to a proactive co-pilot. The automated lead nurturing and AI-driven insights handle the grunt work, allowing me to focus entirely on closing deals rather than manual data entry. It’s essentially a productivity multiplier for my pipeline.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve for the new autonomous features can be steep; it takes time to trust the AI to handle workflows without micro-managing it. Also, the UI can feel cluttered with so many new tools, and the initial setup requires significant fine-tuning to ensure the 'agents' align perfectly with our specific sales cycle
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves administrative bloat and lead stagnation. By automating data entry and initial prospecting, it frees up roughly 30% of my day to focus on selling. It also eliminates 'lead leakage' by proactively flagging stalled deals, ensuring I hit my targets with a much more predictable pipeline.

What do you like best about the product?
I think the best thing about Agentforce Sales is that it's easy to use. It compiles all the information, which allows me to be more efficient. It's valuable because it saves me time to locate a customer and answer any questions they may have, as all the data is in one spot. I find the setup to be very easy as well. I've never had any real issues with it, and it's pretty thorough. For me, it's basic and straightforward.

What do you like best about the product?
I’d say the biggest ROI/value is the breadth of tools, plug-ins, and features that help track past and current customers and prospects, along with the ability to communicate status across the organization. This helps maximize performance and minimize unnecessary memos and meetings. The UI allows us to navigate seamlessly across tools and offerings in a single pane of glass. Add in the Intelligence and you've got a great tool to help run a sales organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t see any immediate fixes needed or anything that requires attention right now. The tool is great as is and you can get support ./ training to maximize ROI
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This helps solve the communication gap. Our team is spread out, and the go-to has usually been meetings and memos. When the data is clean, we’re able to find the answers ourselves.

Its a great way to organize all your business's sales activities: pipeline, revenue tracking, reporting on each rep's revenue and work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be over-configured and be a mess to clear out, so make sure you have clear business requirements when building new functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's making it a lot easier for me to see how my team is doing day to day, as well by month, quarter, and over the year. Helps us stay on track to our goals.

Agentforce Sales is one of the best places to keep track of all our data and activity. We use Salesforce for marketing automation and customer relationship management, and it helps us stay organized and on top of what’s happening with customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s too complex to understand, especially when it comes to generating reports. I’d also like to see some AI features included that could guide me on my next steps. In a few cases, it also doesn’t automatically track activities.

Its ai agent can automatically handle and keep tracks of tasks such as lead engagement, answering product queries, scheduling meetings, and analyzing customer data. This reduces repetitive work, improves response speed, and helps ensure no opportunities are missed.

I love how it acts as an proactive partner by enabling representatives to focus on building connections instead of spending time managing data.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s mainly the price. The outcome- or conversation-based pricing can make it challenging to forecast the budget.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem I had was customer acquisition cost. Previously, I had to hire about 10% more salespeople just to grow by 10%. Now I’m seeing a reduction in that cost, since digital agents can handle the high-volume outreach.
