Agent force sales is really about bringing an easiness to your job and work life!
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that I was not used to its program sooner!

It is solving everyday functions that I have not realized caused an issue for me until now.

What do you like best about the product?
Some of the key areas I would recommend: Intelligent automation, efficient productivity, accurate forecasting based on available data, CRM integration as a single source, and personalization.
What do you dislike about the product?
The complexity of using the tools requires sufficient training and a higher cost compared to other tools. The implementation is also not that easy, with limited AI functionality, sometimes performance issues, and difficult to maintain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It mostly reduces the admin work. support the sales team, AI integration also helps.

Powerful and Organized, but Cumbersome and Pricey for Smaller Teams

What do you like best about the product?
Agentforce Sales has been incredibly helpful in keeping our records, customer data, and sales activity organized in one central place. One of its biggest strengths is how well it supports large organizations, along with the wide range of integrations available, which makes it easy to connect with the other tools we rely on.

That said, for a smaller organization like ours, it can sometimes feel a bit tedious because there are so many features and layers to navigate. Even so, it truly has everything we need, and it has been a very valuable system for keeping our data structured, accessible, and easy to manage across teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside is that the platform can feel fairly cumbersome to use, especially for a smaller organization. With so many features, fields, and workflows, even simple tasks can sometimes take longer than they should. It’s clearly designed with large enterprises in mind, which can make day-to-day use feel more complex than necessary for leaner teams.

Cost is also a major consideration for a smaller organization, particularly when you start adding users, integrations, or advanced features. While the tool is very powerful, the pricing can be hard to justify at times given how much of the overall platform a smaller team realistically ends up using.

There’s also a learning curve for new users. Some processes feel less intuitive than they could be, which can slow adoption and create a need for additional internal training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Agentforce Sales has helped us address the challenge of keeping customer and prospect data centralized, accurate, and easy to access across both our Customer Success and Sales teams. Before using it, information could quickly become siloed between teams, which made it harder to track account history, pipeline activity, and ongoing customer relationships.

With a single shared source of truth for customer and prospect data, both teams can collaborate more effectively, maintain clearer visibility into account activity, and support smoother handoffs from sales to post-sale support.

This has been especially helpful for keeping our records organized, improving follow-up, and giving both teams stronger insight into customer needs and opportunities. Overall, it has supported more data-driven decision-making and helped us maintain stronger relationships throughout the full customer lifecycle.

What do you like best about the product?
The centralized ecosystem to manage all types of lead and customer data at one place. It also offers highly effective integrations with other systems such as Jira, BigQuery, and almost every other system that is required to run the business.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI is a bit difficult to navigate through. Support services can be improved as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We manage our entire customer and user database on Salesforce. We also utilize other Salesforce products, such as Service Cloud and Agentforce, etc., which enable us to manage every aspect of the customer journey within a single platform.

Agentforce Sales Streamlines Repetitive Tasks and Keeps Everything in One Place

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Agentforce Sales is that it genuinely takes a lot of the boring, repetitive work off my plate. Tasks like updating data and keeping track of follow-ups don’t feel like such a headache anymore.

I also appreciate having everything in one place, because it makes a real difference day to day. I don’t have to jump between different tools just to see what’s happening with a lead or a deal. The insights are helpful as well, and they give me a clearer idea of what to do next. Overall, it makes the sales process feel much more manageable and a lot less messy.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I don’t like as much is that it can feel a bit overwhelming at first. There are a lot of features, so it takes time to understand how everything works, and the setup isn’t always straightforward.

It can also get expensive as you add more features or users, which might not suit smaller teams. Another downside is that the interface can feel cluttered at times, so finding what you need isn’t always quick or easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
What Agentforce Sales is really solving is the amount of manual, repetitive work in the sales process. Tasks like updating records, tracking leads, following up, and managing data used to take up a lot of time, but now much of that is automated.

It also helps keep everything organized in one place and provides a clear view of customer interactions. That makes it easier to understand what’s happening, what’s been done, and what still needs attention. The AI insights are useful as well, especially for deciding on the next step and prioritizing leads.

For me, the biggest benefit is the time savings, it lets me focus more on actual selling instead of admin work. Overall, it makes the process smoother and a bit more efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the comprehensiveness of it and how streamlined it is having everything centered in one place is extremely convenient
What do you dislike about the product?
Expensive and steep learning curve especially for administrators. Additionally, customization can be complex and I also believe the performance in speed with the amount of users can be slow at times, but for the most part, it’s not an issue
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Account management centralized in one place is the problem sales cloud solves for us. Again, the streamlined nature of it putting everything in one place is exemplary and I don’t believe there’s much argument that salesforce is the industry Maverick and leader and I think they carry that flag well and offer the best product on the market.
