Easy Lead Management and Dashboards That Reduce Manual Work

What do you like best about the product?
The leads management, customer data handling is very easy with Agentforce Sales / Salesforce sales cloud. I like most about this crm software is that it's dashboard feature is helping us to reduce manual task and perform better as tracking/monitoring is very easy with this.
What do you dislike about the product?
The software is difficult to use at first as it required proper training. Without training it is worthless to use
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As we are using Salesforce sales cloud so we are getting better visbilty for all processes. Multiple client handling, manging.multile data with minimum resources is possible with this crm software this ultimately helping to improved productivity and performance.

What do you like best about the product?
It provides an easy-to-use platform with plenty of AI support and automation, which helps reduce the overall journey.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only concern I can think of is the cost. Maybe the pricing should be based more on company size, and any features that aren’t required could be removed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us automate a lot of processes. When a new lead is added to the system, it supports follow-ups, alerts, summarisation, and reaching out to clients without spending too much time, while also making it easier to collaborate across multiple teams. It also helps with reporting and staying on track for regular meetings.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Agentforce Sales allows me to schedule several forms of reminders and leave personalized notes, which can be private or publicly viewed by others in the organization. It's really helpful to keep track of client interactions by leaving myself notes to do things like call Mr. Smith, congratulate him on his kid's birthday, or inquire about his health. The initial setup was very easy, which was a huge improvement from doing things manually with spreadsheets before.
What do you dislike about the product?
It calls my attention that you are able to schedule installments in the invoice either by amount or by periodicity but in the Opportunity section it only allows you by amount, creating small differences between one section and the other.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Agentforce Sales helps me offer services to clients, track actions, and set reminders for calls or collection efforts. It lets me leave personalized notes and set various reminders, improving control and interaction. Setup was easy, resolving prior manual tracking issues.

the price is a little high, but it ultimately does what we need and helps keep our company running smoothly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Agentforce Sales helps us with our admin work that normally has a lot of manual entry. This allows us to streamline and focus more on pipeline and sales.

What do you like best about the product?
It allows to keep all leads, accounts and sales data in one place nicely organized and easy to use. Now also there is an AI part to help with what is needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface seems to look quite dated, but it has all the necessary features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to keep all the relevant data and info easily reachable. Important stuff cannot be missed if using Agentforce Sales.

What do you like best about the product?
It fits smoothly into day-to-day sales work without feeling heavy or forced. Setup and configuration are quick, and it also offers an API for integration with bank back-end systems. Overall, it helps sales teams stay focused on selling instead of spending time maintaining the CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can feel complex for new users. The customization options are powerful, but you’ll likely need admin and IT support to set things up and manage it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used to work for Veritas. When the two major tech companies, Veritas and Semantic, merged, we were using different CRM systems. Moving to an on-demand CRM turned out to be a solid decision, and it made it easier for the two companies to consolidate everything into a single CRM system.

What do you like best about the product?
Agentforce Sales feels like a control tower for your entire revenue engine, everything important, nothing hidden.
I like that it forces you to think in systems, not just hustle harder.
When it’s set up right, it turns sales from guesswork into something you can actually optimize and scale.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can feel like overkill fast, too many fields, clicks, and setup just to do simple things.
I don’t like how it forces rigidity early, before you even know your real sales process.
And unless it’s cleaned up constantly, it turns into a bloated mess people avoid using.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the chaos of scattered leads, deals, and follow-ups by putting everything in one place you can actually track.
That means you stop dropping opportunities and start seeing where deals are won or lost.
The benefit is simple, more control, better decisions, and a pipeline you can actually scale.

Most common limitation is steep learning curve for any newbies. And it feels like need significant training and time to master the workflows.
It often seems like complex to deploy. Other than these, it stands out as the best choice.

Its a great tool for accelerating sales processes through AI mainly focusing on mid market to large enterprise business.
