What do you like best about the product?
User friendly. It is easy to navigate snd can be learned in a day or 2
What do you dislike about the product?
It has very limited search range. When you search for something, sometimes it needs to be specific for you to get the data and or the info
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The script is integrated to it. You just need to read the script on the salesforce itself and no need to go to other tools

What do you like best about the product?
Honestly, the pipeline visibility is what keeps me coming back. Being able to see exactly where each deal stands without having to dig through emails or chase people for updates has made a huge difference in how our team operates. The activity tracking is really solid too — it logs calls and emails automatically so nothing falls through the cracks. I also appreciate how customizable the dashboards are; I've set mine up to show exactly the metrics I care about without a lot of noise. It's one of those tools that took a little time to get used to, but once it clicked, I couldn't imagine managing a sales team without it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial setup and onboarding can feel a bit overwhelming, especially for team members who aren't particularly tech-savvy. There's a lot going on and it takes some time before everything feels intuitive. The pricing is also on the higher end, which can be a tough sell when you're trying to get buy-in from leadership. And occasionally the page load times slow down a bit when you're pulling in large reports, though it's nothing that's been a dealbreaker for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before we had a proper CRM, our sales process was a mess — deals were tracked in spreadsheets, follow-ups were inconsistent, and we had no real visibility into forecast accuracy. Agentforce Sales has fixed most of that. Our reps now have a clear view of their pipeline at all times, and managers can actually hold people accountable based on data rather than gut feeling. We've seen our close rate improve and the time spent on admin tasks has gone down noticeably. It's also helped a lot with onboarding new reps since everything is documented in one place.

Easy-to-Use Sales Hub That Boosts Team Performance and Productivity

What do you like best about the product?
We use it to support the following sales tasks: lead management across multiple reps, account management, contact management, opportunity and deal management, and tracking all of our sales metrics, KPIs, and overall results.

Overall it helps with improving our performance as a team, across pre-sales to customer success teams and helping with support and client onboarding. It also has great UX and its easy to use and set-up. It also integrates with other tools in our tech stack to manage other areas as one. Plus AI features these days are especially to keep improving productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can take a while to get your team set up and using it efficiently, even with all the integrations and AI features. Once you get the hang of it, though, it’s pretty easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It essentially brings together all the sales work that would normally live across multiple tools and puts it into one place—a single source of truth, if you will. I only have to be in one place and look at a few dashboards to get all the metrics I need.

What do you like best about the product?
I am a sales and marketing specialist and using agentforce sales on daily basis for managing leads, campaigns and sales pipelines, i like most is that it connect sales and marketing in one platform, i can track leads from campaign, manage follow ups and convert them into opportunities easily ,it gives full visibility of customer journey, from lead generation to deal closure , this helps in better targeting and improving conversion rates, automation is very strong, tasks like lead assignment, follow ups and email tracking are automated which saves a lot of time,. dashboards and reports are very useful for tracking campaign performance and sales pipeline in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
one issue is that the platform is complex and takes time to learn, new users may find it difficult without proper training , also customization and setup require technical knowledge, especially when aligning sales and marketing workflows, cost i also on the higher side, especially for small teams. sometime performance can be slow when handling large data or heavy customization and managing everything can require dedicated admin support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
well, before using this platform sales and marketing data were in differnt tools, which created confusion and poor lead tracking, agentforce solves this by centralizing all customer and campaign data in one system. it improves lead tracking, campaign performance analysis, and sales follow ups, it also reduces manual work through automation and improves collaboration between sales and marketing teams, overall it helps in generating better quality leads, improving conversion rate, and closing deals faster. now with agentforce, everything is available in one place leads, opportunities, campaign data and customer history, this helps in better tracking of the entire customer journey from lead generation to deal closure. it also improves lead conversion and targeting

What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most about Agentforce Sales is how it pulls everything into one place. I can handle leads, contacts, deals, and activities without having to bounce between different tools all the time, which makes my day-to-day work feel more streamlined, better organized, and much easier to stay on top of.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside is the learning curve. When I first started using it, the system felt fairly complex, and it took me a while to get a clear sense of how everything works—especially the automation and reporting features, which were the hardest for me to grasp at first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using Agentforce Sales, managing customer data and tracking deals felt scattered and inconsistent. We were relying on multiple tools and spreadsheets, which made it hard to maintain a clear, current view of our sales pipeline. Since moving to Agentforce Sales, our visibility has improved significantly, and forecasting is now much more accurate and dependable.

What do you like best about the product?
You can integrate information which is so helpful when using multiple platforms that need the same data transfered. Easy search features. It can be a tad difficult to understand at first, but then after some practice/usage it can user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been some occasions where the syncing hasn't worked properly, and stunted our work flow. Also, when I've searched certain reports, the system can be intimidating (one wrong click and you could be missing vital data).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm uncertain what Salesforce is currently solving, but I've seen an improvement on their syncing and dependability.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to choose our notification sound. The ability to go through chat history to see previous chats, with whom they spoke, and when. I like the forward feature if language, role, or more support is needed, we are able to forward the chat to another team. I also like the pause feature, it helps continuity of care if a conversation is not finished, and the client does not have to repeat themselves, and the representative can continue to assist.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the email display. It is a little hard to understand the responses from patients when they send an email, as it is not as organized and set as messaging is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves many communication issues that might have occurred if we did not have Agentforce. We can communicate directly with clients and answer any questions or concerns they have before they arrive at the property. It benefits the day-to-day workflow between clients and staff as it helps clients feel taken care of at any time they need.
