What do you like best about the product?
UX/UI and the integrations - as I've heard but I was just exploring it as I haven't really used it
What do you dislike about the product?
Not sure as I'm still exploring to see how this can integrate with my products
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Am still exploring products accross AWS, Microsoft and Salesforce - along with IBM - so can't say at this early stage

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud) is how it gives a clear, central view of all customer and sales information in one place. It makes it easy to track leads, manage opportunities, and stay on top of follow-ups, which helps keep the sales process organised and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can feel quite complex and overwhelming at times, especially with all the features and customization options. The interface can also take a while to get used to, and setting things up properly often requires a fair bit of training or experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of scattered sales data by bringing everything into one central system, so I can easily track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions in one place. This helps me stay organised, follow up on time, and have a clearer view of the sales pipeline, which ultimately improves efficiency and decision-making.

What do you like best about the product?
It helps me understand the impact of my marketing campaigns and the impact they have on creating opps for our sales
What do you dislike about the product?
The GUI of the reports can be taken up a knotch. also in order to edit the filter you need to go into the exact details of the report. The perofrmace of the report - sometimes it takes it time to render
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Seeing how the campaigns I have are driving business . this helps me better operate my budget to what works

What do you like best about the product?
the thing i like the most is that the data is stored at single place, i dont have to maintain different excel files to store the info. its easy to track, update in real time, assign & distribute easily among TLs, status tracking.
What do you dislike about the product?
although its very good but in starting it looks complicating as comparison to my excel exp. sometimes it have multiple steps in even small updates like admin, config, etc etc which feels like time consuming
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
earlier my data was in different excel files , scattered in different places. It was a bit hard to track & manage the data. But in Agentforce, my data is centralized at one place for it was bit easy for me. earlier my manual work was more, but in agentforce helped me to reduce it through automation. reporting & insights got easy. Performance is quite smooth & reliable when it comes to large dataset.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Agentforce Sales is how it makes my work simpler and easier. I can track customers, manage leads, and follow up without any confusion. It saves me time and helps me stay organized throughout the day.

In my experience when I am using first time it is feels slow and complex and theirs features use too hard to learn quickly

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the outstanding UI of Agentforce Sales, which is user-friendly and simple to use. The out-of-the-box features are crucial for me because they simplify my life, saving the need for developers to build them from scratch. This makes the tool a great asset in our sales processes, especially for building clear pipelines and tracking opportunities efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some complex features and the cadence feature is particularly complex. Any YouTube series that can be designed would be helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Agentforce Sales mainly to support the sales team with their sales pipeline as a data analyst. I appreciate that it helps streamline the sales process for the sales team. Additionally, it assists us in generating sales reports, which is quite helpful. Overall, it’s just a really good tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
The setup has too many options. If I can use prompts to build initial setup, it will be amazing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Agentforce Sales to streamline the sales process for the team and generate sales reports.

Strong Features, Easy Navigation, and Responsive Support

What do you like best about the product?
I love that it has so many strong features and an easy navigation experience. It integrates with most of our tech stack in the company, which means we get to do our processes while keep good quality data between systems and platforms. The support team is always responsive and ready to help if we encounter any issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although I understand it's such a big vendor with a solid platform, sometimes I believe that prices might be a bit too high for mid-size companies like ours. I've never encountered any performance issue in the platform itself but I do think sometimes it works reptty slow.

Keep clear track of our clients, prospects, opportunities, marketing campaigns, quality sources.
