Keeps Sales Relationships Organized and Opportunities Easy to Track

  • April 14, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like the Agentforce Sales App because it simplifies how I manage and grow relationships while staying organized. It brings everything leads, customer interactions, and sales activity into one place, which makes it easier to stay on top of opportunities without feeling overwhelmed.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I don’t like about the Agentforce Sales App is that it can sometimes feel overly complex for what should be simple tasks. Navigating through multiple screens or steps just to update basic information can slow down workflow instead of speeding it up.

There are also moments where automation feels a bit rigid. While it’s designed to help, it doesn’t always adapt well to real-world situations where flexibility is needed especially when managing unique customer interactions or non-standard deals.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Agentforce Sales App is solving the problem of disorganization and missed opportunities in my sales process. Instead of juggling notes, messages, and follow ups across different places, it centralizes everything so I always know where each deal stands

Agentforce Sales Turns CRM into an Active, AI-Powered Deal Accelerator

  • April 14, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Agentforce Sales is that it no longer feels like just a place to log deals, but something that actually helps move them forward. In the past, CRMs were more like a system of record—you enter data, track your pipeline, and that’s about it. Here, the experience is different because the system actively supports you.

What stands out in particular is how the AI is built directly into the workflow. It’s not just about reports or insights—it actually helps with next steps, reminders, and even automates parts of the process. That takes a lot of the administrative burden off and frees up time to focus on what really matters: conversations with customers and closing deals.

I also appreciate that everything is in one place—from leads to forecasting. You’re not constantly switching between tools or losing context. Having a full view of the customer makes it easier to make faster and more confident decisions.

Overall, the biggest advantage for me is that the system is no longer passive. It doesn’t just track what’s happening—it actively helps you be more effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I don’t particularly like about Agentforce Sales is that, despite all the improvements, it can still feel quite complex—especially for new users. There’s a lot of functionality packed into the platform, which is great in theory, but in practice it can take time to fully understand how everything fits together and how to use it efficiently.

Another downside is that the AI features, while powerful, aren’t always perfectly aligned out of the box. Sometimes the suggestions or automations need fine-tuning to really match the way a specific team works. Without that customization, they can feel a bit generic or not fully relevant.

I’ve also noticed that maintaining clean and accurate data is still critical. If the data in the system isn’t well-managed, even the best AI or automation won’t deliver great results. So there’s still a dependency on good discipline from the team, which doesn’t completely eliminate the usual CRM challenges.

Overall, while it’s a strong and evolving platform, it’s not entirely frictionless—there’s still a learning curve and some setup required to get the most out of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Agentforce Sales is mainly solving the gap between tracking sales activity and actually driving it forward. In many traditional CRMs, a lot of time goes into updating data, checking pipelines, and figuring out next steps manually. That creates friction and often slows down the sales process.

For me, the biggest problem it addresses is time spent on admin work. Instead of constantly logging activities, updating opportunities, or setting reminders, a lot of that is either automated or supported by the system. That frees up time to focus on more valuable work like talking to customers and closing deals.

Another issue it helps with is lack of clear next actions. In a busy pipeline, it’s easy to miss follow-ups or lose momentum on deals. With built-in AI suggestions and prompts, it becomes much clearer what needs attention and what the next step should be. That makes it easier to stay on top of everything without relying only on manual tracking.

It also improves visibility and decision-making. Having all the customer data, interactions, and forecasts in one place makes it easier to understand where things stand and prioritize effectively. I don’t have to piece together information from different tools, which saves time and reduces mistakes.

Overall, the benefit for me is that it simplifies the day-to-day workflow. It reduces manual effort, helps me stay organized, and makes it easier to focus on actually moving deals forward rather than just managing the process.

Agentforce Sales Turns CRM into a Proactive, Autonomous Sales Engine

  • April 14, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Agentforce Sales transforms CRM from a passive database into a proactive system powered by autonomous agents. What stands out most is its ability to nurture leads, schedule meetings, and coach reps in real time. Backed by the Atlas Reasoning Engine, it can carry out complex tasks and make data-driven decisions. This significantly reduces manual work and helps speed up deal cycles by enabling intelligent, automated action instead of depending on constant data entry.
What do you dislike about the product?
Agentforce Sales feels unnecessarily complex. To work properly, it seems to rely on rigorous data cleaning through Data Cloud, and the consumption-based pricing model makes overall costs difficult to predict. On top of that, the implementation feels too technical for smaller teams, which can turn it into an expensive tool that’s hard to govern without ongoing human oversight.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Agentforce Sales helps cut down on administrative bloat and keeps leads from stalling by automating prospecting, scheduling, and data entry. As a result, I can spend less time on repetitive manual tasks and more time closing deals, boosting productivity and conversion rates with 24/7 autonomous execution and intelligent, real-time sales coaching.

Feature rich CRM that brings clarity to sales processes

  • April 14, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I liked best about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud) was how easy it made managing the entire sales pipeline in one place. It kept everything organized-leads, follow-ups, and deal progress so nothing got missed. The automation for routine tasks also saved a lot of time and helped me stay focused on actual selling while I was at my last company.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing major, but at times it felt a bit complex to navigate, especially when setting up or customizing things. It also took a little time to get fully comfortable with all the features, since there’s quite a lot packed into the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Agentforce Sales helps solve the problem of scattered sales information and manual tracking. In my last company, it kept all leads, customer updates, and deal progress in one place, which made it much easier to stay organized and avoid missing follow-ups.

It also reduced a lot of manual work by automating routine tasks and giving quick insights on deals, which saved time and helped me focus more on closing sales rather than admin work.

Agentforce Sales: AI-Powered CRM That Saves Time and Boosts Productivity

  • April 14, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best is how Agentforce Sales combines AI with CRM to actually save time and boost productivity.

It automates repetitive tasks, gives smart insights on leads, and helps personalize outreach, so sales teams can focus more on closing deals instead of admin work.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike is that it can feel complex and expensive.

The learning curve is quite steep for new users, and setup or customization often requires technical expertise. Also, costs can add up quickly with licenses and add-ons, and the interface can sometimes feel cluttered or overwhelming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Agentforce Sales is mainly solving manual, time-consuming sales work and lack of real-time insights.

It automates tasks like data entry, follow-ups, and lead engagement, while using AI to analyze data and suggest next steps. This helps me save time, work more efficiently, and focus more on closing deals instead of admin work.

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like how stable it is, and I also appreciate the different interfaces it offers.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s such a large platform that, if you want a personalized console, it becomes expensive and complicated to develop.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives the company control over all its data, including loads, people, payables, and billings.
