Makes user access simple and secure

  • May 15, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about miniOrange SSO is how easy it makes user access across multiple applications. Once users log in, they can access different tools without needing to sign in again, which improves both convenience and security. The platform supports many integrations and protocols, so it works well with different types of applications. The setup process is also quite straightforward compared to many other IAM tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since the platform offers many features and configuration options, it can take a little time to get familiar with everything in the beginning. However, the customer support team is very responsive and helpful during the setup process, which makes it much easier to understand the platform and manage configurations smoothly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For our team, it helps create a smoother access experience for users while also improving security. It saves time that would otherwise go into resolving login issues and helps ensure users can access the resources they need without unnecessary friction.

Easy SSO & MFA Setup That Makes Daily Logins Smooth

  • May 07, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I liked most is how easy SSO and MFA setup was. Earlier I had to remember different passwords for different apps which was frustrating. Now logging in once and getting access to everything makes day to day work much smoother.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Platform works well, but sometimes i feel that UI can took a bit modern in some areas. Sometimes finding specific settings take extra clicks but once you get used to it, it's fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solved password management for me, so i no longer need to reset passwords or keep track of multiple logins. At some point, MFA keeps access secure, so it feels like security's improved without making daily login difficult.

Robust MFA, Slightly Steep Learning Curve

  • March 28, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like that miniOrange Identity & Access Management supports multiple systems and that we could integrate MFA with network devices using TACACS and RADIUS effectively. The authentication options, like OTP and push notifications, are simple for users, which I appreciate. The overall setup was fairly straightforward, particularly for basic configurations, and the core features like MFA were easy to get up and running.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the platform works well overall, there are a few areas that could be improved. The initial setup and configuration can be a bit complex, especially integrating with multiple systems. Some parts of the interface also feel less intuitive, which can make navigation and advanced configurations challenging for new users. Additionally, improving documentation and providing more step-by-step guides for specific integrations would make the onboarding process smoother.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
miniOrange Identity & Access Management strengthens security for network access and remote logins, making access management more consistent and less challenging.

Flexible IAM platform for managing authentication

  • March 17, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most about miniOrange IAM is how it brings multiple identity and authentication capabilities into one platform. It supports different authentication protocols and integrates well with various applications, which makes it easier from a development perspective. Instead of building custom authentication systems, we can rely on the platform to manage identity and access securely.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dashboard includes many features, so it can take a little time to navigate everything initially. After some use, it becomes quite manageable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps centralize authentication and access management across applications. This improves security while also saving development time since we don’t have to implement authentication separately for each system.

Simple, Effective MFA for Our Entire Environment

  • December 12, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
miniOrange stands out due to the flexibility available for Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), offering diverse methods like push and conditional access. The MFA solution is pretty holistic, covering our applications, VPNs, and Windows devices—it secured everything we needed. The platform's high Ease of Use for our employees makes securing our entire environment a straightforward task.
What do you dislike about the product?
The administrative console's interface occasionally feels slightly dated, particularly when navigating the vast Number of Features. This sometimes makes simple management tasks, which we perform with high Frequency of Use, a little slower than necessary.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
miniOrange is critical in solving the problem of ensuring secure, multi-factor authenticated access across all our endpoints. This immediately benefits us by drastically reducing risk from credential theft and helping us meet critical compliance mandates with ease. By enforcing MFA universally, we've created a single, consistent security layer, which has improved overall user adoption and boosted our security posture immensely.

Versatile MFA Options, Needs Enhanced Support

  • December 12, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like that miniOrange Identity & Access Management provides hybrid solutions with multiple options for multi-factor authentication (MFA) like FIDO, push notifications, email, and TOTP. This flexibility allows me to implement the authentication method that fits the organization's needs, whether it's FIDO or email as a second factor. It also supports other TOTP methods like Google Authenticator and Microsoft Authenticator, which can be used according to user requirements.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think they could improve their support system and make it easier to integrate other products. Sometimes there's a delay with support, and integration should also work well with solutions like routers, switches, and firewalls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use miniOrange Identity & Access Management to ensure only actual users can access Windows machines and data with second-factor authentication. It offers hybrid MFA solutions like FIDO, push notifications, email, and TOTP, adaptable to our organizational needs.

Simple and Reliable SSO + MFA Solution That Works for All Our Apps

  • November 11, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It's all-in-one SSO and MFA solution that works smoothly across all our apps and systems. The setup was quick, and their support team was always available when we needed help. MFA options for Windows logins, VPNs, and network devices work really well, and users like the flexibility of push or OTP authentication.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some configurations needed help from their team initially but support was quick and patient, so it never became a real issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had issues managing multiple logins and securing remote access. With miniOrange, users sign in once securely using SSO and MFA, even for VPN and Windows logins. It’s made access smoother for everyone and added a solid extra layer of security to our environment.

Flexible miniOrange SSO Solution That Covers Every App We Use

  • November 07, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
They have a really broad SSO solution that covers many integrations, which were a pain point for us with our previous SSO vendor. The connectors and integrations are quite easy to implement, and the number of integrations available out of the box is genuinely useful and impressive.
What do you dislike about the product?
A lot of the niche integrations can not be implemented by us directly; it require involving miniOrange support. Our experience with that, however, was beyond any other support experience - they are available 24x7 and are quite technically capable in implementing SSO for these niche apps. It seemed like a breeze!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our previous SSO vendor did not cover many niche apps like our legacy ERPs, custom apps, and thick clients, which do not support protocols like SAML and OAuth. miniOrange came in and solved this specific problem for us, implementing SSO for apps that do not support anything natively. It benefits us massively as SSO is mandatory for all apps, and supporting only standard apps just doesn’t cut it anymore.

miniOrange - surprisingly efficient at Identity Federation / Brokering

  • October 30, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
We have a large number of legacy, custom and in-house apps that do not support native authentication via our SAML/OAuth IDP. It is actually quite cumbersome to implement SSO or MFA for such apps due to lack of support and standard documentation. miniOrange has been very useful for our environment by bringing together many such non-standard apps in our current authentication scope by implementing their IAM piece that acts as an Identity Federation provider.
What do you dislike about the product?
The product requires help from their support team for implementation and also some technical assistance for each app due to the nature of this use case, but their support team is incredibly helpful and available 24x7 so no issues with that approach really.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
miniOrange Identity & Access Management helps us centralize authentication and user access across multiple apps, improving both security and efficiency. It’s eliminated manual user management and made onboarding and single sign-on seamless for our entire team.
