What do you like best about the product?
Tableau is a tool where you can model, analyze and visualize your data all in a single environment. It is easy to implement and use which makes it a part of my day to day life.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integrating data from the data source could be made a little easier

It let's me bring all my data to a single platform where I can clean, transform and analyze the data easily.
I use Tableau to create various data dashboards for our company.

It can create interactive data for my audience.

Not easy to change the location where we save files.

It allows us to show map data and provide our audiences with interesting and insightful charts.

What do you like best about the product?
Tableau has been a huge help in our corporation to provide visibility on a single page to see what areas are we exceling at and what areas need some accountability.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times we do experience slow downs of the program. There is also a little bit of a learning curve where some features may not always be easy to access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tableau is assisting our company with an easy overview of our sales performance and areas of opportunity to better direct our coaching and training.

Tableau allows our team to create custom databases on key customer information, pulling key information for customer QBRs, usage data and a range of key metrics to understand customer behaviour

Tableau gives us excellent views on multiple key metrics we use as CSMs, usage data, user data, revenue tracking, YoY data, product data and so much more! it really helps us understand customer behaviour, spot opportunities and drive relevant conversations

What do you like best about the product?
1. Supports multiple Sources such as Excel, Google Sheets and Freshdesk can be connected and Reports can be taken.
2.We need not have to spend much time working manually for the reports. It reduces Man hours.
3.Advances Trend Data Analysis are helpful for Call Center and Backend Team for Customer Support to identify the performance of each Employee and the Nature of complaints for our better improvement.
4.We can try as per our requirement with variety of charts, graphs, maps, and dashboards.

1. In low network conditions, Tableau tends to slow down and may take longer to operate.
2. I havve heard feedback that Python delivers more efficient performance compared to Tableau

What I like best about Tableau is how effortlessly it turns raw data into meaningful visuals. Even without complex coding, I can build interactive dashboards that actually help in understanding patterns and making faster decisions. The flexibility with different data sources is a big plus too.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Tableau is powerful, it can sometimes feel a bit heavy when working with very large datasets. Also, some features—like advanced calculations or formatting—have a bit of a learning curve and could be more user-friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tableau is solving the challenge of turning complex, scattered data into accessible, actionable insights. As an administrator, it helps me manage data governance, user access, and performance optimization efficiently. I can ensure the right people have the right level of access, and maintain system reliability. As a consultant, it enables me to quickly build and customize dashboards for clients, tailor visualizations to their business needs, and help them make data-driven decisions. The ability to connect to multiple data sources and deliver interactive reports saves a lot of time and adds real value to both internal teams and external clients.

I have all data i need about my previous performance and next weeks in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to be disliked but I’d rather be happy if Tableau can provide me forecasts for the future performance based on the previous performance
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tableau provides all data i need about my account /Customer’s performance in one place. Previously i had to search and gather the data from multiple systems.
Also, the data is well organized and i can retrieve graphs tables and charts from the platform saving me significant time.
Additionally, some parts of the platform is predictive. for example the system analysis the customers performance and give me alerts if they are in risk.
