Powerful Insights, Minor Latency Issues
What do you like best about the product?
I like Tableau because it brings all the relevant data together and provides a dashboard that can be shared at scale. I appreciate the ability to consider and drill down on analysis for troubleshooting. I also enjoy that it can generate insights and suggestions. The initial setup was relatively simple, making it easy for my team to start using it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the latency issues in Tableau. There's noticeable delay when generating metrics due to the large volume of engagement data, especially with email engagement data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
I love how it’s easy to understand and easy to make visualizations. Now that there’s tools like agent force and tableau pulse, it’s a lot easier for me to get my reports done.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don’t like about tableau is the speed, the time it’s takes to load things throws me off of my focus sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s helping me solve things like being able to tell a story with data. There’s no better tool out their than tableau to help me confidently make my visualizations and define it.

I like Tableau's ability to make data feel simple and insightful with its drag and drop interface, which saves time. The visuals aren't just charts; they tell a story. I appreciate the ease of use and functionalities, especially compared to other data platforms like Google Sheets and MS Excel. The user interface is a significant plus, which prompted my team to switch from Spotfire. The initial setup of Tableau was very easy, making it one of the best products till date.

The software has certain limitations in functionality, especially when it comes to making advanced predictions or creating complex visualizations. I also find that chart development is relatively slow, and the performance tends to lag when handling large volumes of data.

I also appreciate its ability to connect to multiple data sources and automatically refresh dashboards when new data is available. It eliminates manual reporting and reduces the time spent reviewing large data, improving both accuracy and speed.

Understanding for new users could be improved as advanced features and calculations take time to master. The cost of license can also be improved.
