Syncing made easy
What do you like best about the product?
A couple of syncs and you are done, as well a time saver.
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven’t seen anything yet that would make me dislike usage of PieSync

Saved a lot of time and hassle with syncing my contacts.
Great for 1-way sync
What do you like best about the product?
Most importantly - it works! It is also the only way we found on the market to get data from ZohoCRM to Outreach.io - data which originated in Unbounce landing pages.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its two-way sync can get expensive quickly, so you have to be careful with using it where you really need it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've automated our marketing in a way that was not possible without it. We were on the verge of having to switch off of Outreach.io until we found PieSync.

Nothing really, except for the price which is a bit high since we have a lot of contacts to sync.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using PieSync to sync leads and contacts between Zoho CRM and AirCall. The set up was surprisingly easy and until now the sync has worked without any problems. Thumbs up for this great solution!
Does what it says, works great.
What do you like best about the product?
Does a great job of keeping contacts synchronized between our different systems such as Facebook Lead Forms, Mojo Dialer, and our CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
Email support is only available via email, but is very responsive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly it helps us get new lead information into our CRM and our dialer automatically.

Slightly expensive for my needs but worth the money

I'm syncing my customer data gathered by Vend POS into my Mailchimp subscriber list.

Keeping my phone and mailchimp and my crm all synced with the same data

Only downside would be that it would be great to do some if this then that type of rules

I have some issues with finding specific fields but the customer service are more than helpful so they are helping me all the way.

PieSync and Dynamics 365
What do you like best about the product?
I am using Dynamics 365 and I wanted a 2-way sync between Outlook and D365. PieSync works perfectly - easy setup and it just plain works. I did not have any issues but along the way I did have some general questions about the service and features. The company responded within minutes (that's minutes, not hours not days)
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not experienced any downside using PieSync - everything has worked perfectly.

I am using Dynamics 365 and I wanted a 2-way sync between Outlook and D365. PieSync works perfectly - easy setup and it just plain works.

This company has extremely fast response time to any questions and issues. They go out of their way to make your experience great.
Perfect to two-way sync of cloud database
What do you like best about the product?
Piesync is great for synchronizing two cloud services. You can also customize the parameters based on which to synchronize the database and perform simple automations.
What do you dislike about the product?
it's a bit expensive for large databases. Having lots of contacts does not always mean having a lot of money.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to PieSync I have my contacts always updated in two database.
