Hands down the best test automation platform I have used
What do you like best about the product?
I have tried a few codeless/low-code softwares for different purposes in different job roles and where ACCELQ stands out is how intuitive it is to build and scale testcases (using the live-record and playback function). We have in a relatively low amount of time built large parts of our regression test suites with a great width (running each test case several times with different users) and even validating pretty complex and dynamic objects such as graphs.
We run the test cases consistently, almost weekly and so far the test cases themselves are very robust and quick to execute thanks to the possibility to run the tests in paralell.
The few issues we ran into during this time (mostly questions regarding functionality and know-how) were quickly resolved by the teams support functions - getting a callback, adhoc meeting or even educational sessions all took place depending on our issue and need.
We opted for the "PS engagement" where an experienced test engineer worked with us for some weeks at the beginning of the problem which significantly sped up our implementation of the product.
So far we have also set up some integrations, namely we are sending test reports to a team channel that all of our team has access to so that they can analyze the results as well as started setting up our CI/CD pipelines to run our testcases automatically whenever we push new code.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only real downside I could find so far is that we found it easier to write our testcases in English as some nordic characters are missing in certain aspects of the software (åäö). However, this is a minor issue and something we are told is likely to be improved eventually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No one likes regression testing manually... ACCELQ is handling the bulk of the workload efficiently (and with higher precision and width than a person, since we can run it whenever we like it with many users) which means we are not skimping on this type of testing and can instead spend time doing more fun/productive things instead.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in particular. Integration with test management tools like XRAY / Zephyr and floating license model would be more helpful for me personally !
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Faster time to market without compromising quality. Within 4 months of implementation, we have moved from Fortnightly to Weekly releases

What do you like best about the product?
1. Easy to pickup and start automating with if you have a good understanding of what workflows are.
2. Very understandable automation "language".
3. Straight forward with its features and is 1:1 (expectation vs reality ideology).
4. They have great customer support and have been able to deal with the issues reported.
5. Can create quality test scripts faster given that this is a no-code automation tool.

What do you dislike about the product?
1.It is very technical wherein you have to deeply understand what you're doing to even start troubleshooting any issues related to the scripts.
2.There are instances where you don't know if it's the environment, the script or ACCELQ having the issues.
4.Limited run properties (30 only)
5.Shared actions dont work correctly on the recorder.
6. Inconsistency in the behaviour of the steps (Ex: Like one day you use a command and it's fine, but after some days that command doesn't recognize the step and fails)

1) ACCELQ solves the problem of waiting for a dev to update the tool on a feature it can't detect.
2) Ability to freely create an action to overcome different scenarios of a feature and prepare for potential issues.
3) Ability to mold a scenario to give you certain messages when there are unexpected issues so you can see what's the issue or missing in a failed scenario.
4) Lessens/eliminates need for manual testing.
5) Faster test cycle executions/ retesting of bugs,easier to see changes in the system through execution logs.

Completely Capable Ecosystem
What do you like best about the product?
The products/services provided feel very mature in a very new space. Software is designed in a caring fashion using modern practices and their staff is as knowledgable as they are technically helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much. as a younger company they are maturing in the industry at a good rate. Looking forward to more accomplishments.

The AccelQ platform is allowing the business to be more efficient witht he help of AI-bolstered libraries and editors while saving money by providing a truly reliable tool for the software and QA teams at the company.

have inbuilt methods and one more good thing is AI feature is added its help us automatically redetect the elements during execution time for failed elementsand execution goes smoothly

What do you dislike about the product?
Little bit pricy but it's worth it. I shouldn't complain about this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tool is so easy. I completed six months automation work in two months because of this tool. Giving enough time for me to focus on other tasks.

Great product, Very easy to implement integration. Also we worked with them for multiple project to build automation and they were impressive each time. Also very responsive post project support.
