Streamlined Notifications and Easy Email Templates

  • April 28, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like how SuprSend seamlessly sends every push notification and email. The UI builder of templates is probably the tool I use the most. The initial setup was pretty straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's something that's been bothering me, like I want to use tenant primary, secondary, and tertiary colors in a centralized way without writing the code in HTML. I wish there was a feature in the UI editor for this. I've already shared this with the team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SuprSend helps me categorize different templates for emails and push notifications, serving as a one-stop solution. It seamlessly sends every push notification and email.

Lots of connectors
Haven't used their new CLI tool but it's good know that they're keeping up with the agentic trends
What do you dislike about the product?
Environments, versioning, and fields within templates can be a bit complicated.

Testing workflows is complicated, you need to know the recipient id and it's hard to track environment variables

Sending in app, emails, triggered by events in our app
Batching events for our user's morning update

Intuitive Experience with Personalized Support

  • April 22, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I find SuprSend to be more intuitive and offer an easier developer experience compared to Courier, which we used previously. The CEO and CTO have been great, meeting with us individually and continuously reaching out for feedback, which shows their warmth, interest, and care towards their product. They genuinely care about the developer experience. I appreciate that SuprSend is reliable and delivers the solutions to the problems we face. The setup was easy, quick, and intuitive, allowing us to get up to speed quickly and use it in production rapidly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the copying of workflows between environments, such as staging and production, has broken down a little bit for us. Additionally, the understanding of the different types of notifications, whether they are publication, transactional, or promotional, is not immediately intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SuprSend helps users collaborate by notifying them about team activities and supports onboarding with email workflows. It provides a more intuitive and easier developer experience than our previous tool, ensuring smoother and faster implementation.

Outstanding SuprSend Experience: Smooth Integration, Intuitive UI, and Reliable Support

  • April 09, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
We’ve had an outstanding experience with SuprSend. From the very start, integration was smooth and hassle-free, and the intuitive UI/UX made adoption across our team incredibly easy.

Managing multiple notification channels in one place has significantly improved our workflow. Performance has been consistently reliable, and their support team is quick and effective. The AI bot is a great addition—overall, a truly impressive platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, we haven’t come across any significant issues. Everything has worked as expected, and the overall experience has been very positive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SuprSend helps us manage notifications across multiple tenants with different branding requirements, which would otherwise be quite complex to handle in-house.

It has streamlined how we handle multiple communication channels from a single platform, saving us time and effort. The preference center is especially valuable, giving users and tenants better control over their notifications while reducing our operational overhead.

Easy Integration and Implementation with Great Customer Support

  • March 19, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
1. Ease of integration and implementation .
2. Great customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
The more expensive pricing plans can offer more value. They are pretty much linear in terms of usage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Suprsend vastly reduced our time to market with respect to setting up in-app inbox and e-mail notifications. It was super quick to integrate it in our codebase through the different available SDKs. New notifications are straight-forward to add, update, and publish.

Two Years of Reliable Notifications with SuprSend

  • March 13, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
SuprSend lets our team focus on making our autonomous tractors 'go vroom' instead of maintaining notification infrastructure. After two years in production, it reliably handles product announcements and system alerts for our mission control platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sending broadcast emails to customer segments could be easier. It's great for transactional stuff, but targeted campaigns require more manual work than I'd like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed reliable notifications for our Vehicle Mission Control (vMC) platform without dedicating engineering resources to build it ourselves. SuprSend consolidated our fragmented notification setup into one place and handles everything from product announcements to system alerts. The delivery tracking helps us debug issues quickly (which matters when you're managing autonomous equipment). As we onboard more agricultural operations, it scales without requiring more engineering time. Bottom line: our developers work on autonomy problems, not email infrastructure.

Streamlined Notification Management with Reliable Vendor Backup

  • March 12, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I find SuprSend very beneficial because it has a backup system for vendors. I can configure two vendors, and if one fails, the backup automatically takes over, which ensures reliable delivery without my intervention. This feature gives me peace of mind, knowing that notifications will be reliably delivered to customers. Also, the onboarding experience was straightforward, and the web UI is easy to navigate, making setup a cakewalk.
What do you dislike about the product?
One feature about SuprSend which could be improved is how I view the already sent notifications and the performance overviews, errors, all types of reporting which happens on this particular sent notification.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SuprSend aggregates all notification vendors, solving our issue of managing multiple vendors. It allows us to centrally control notifications, ensuring reliable delivery through a backup vendor system that seamlessly kicks in if the primary vendor fails.

Quick Setup and Seamless Notification Integration

  • March 05, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love how SuprSend made it possible for us to launch a full-fledged notification system within weeks, taking away a lot of complexity and offering a smooth integration with prebuilt UIs. The ease of onboarding and testing in the test environment stand out, as getting started with the platform is super straightforward. I also appreciate SuprSend's competitive pricing, which allows us to continue growing without feeling the need to limit our usage. The integration process is seamless, especially since they provide libraries for all major languages, which fit our stack well, including Python and Vue. The initial setup was extremely easy for us, which was a key factor in choosing SuprSend.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Business pricing tier is still a work-in-progress and doesn't seem like it gives as much value as the Essentials price point. The feature gap between the two plans doesn't justify the cost increase in my opinion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SuprSend helped us launch a complex notification system quickly with prebuilt UIs and lifted complexity. It's easy to onboard and test with smooth integration, saving time. Pricing allows us to grow without limiting usage, and it supports major languages like Python and Vue.

Fast, Straightforward SuprSend Onboarding with Reliable Slack Support

  • March 03, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I managed the rollout of SuprSend at our company. The onboarding was straightforward. Our backend team handled the API integration using the docs and SDK. The product team started setting up workflows and templates from the dashboard at the same time. Both could work in parallel because the platform is designed for both technical and non-technical users.

When we had questions during the rollout the support team on Slack was available and gave us clear answers. They helped us think through how to structure our notification workflows for our specific use case rather than just pointing us to docs. That kind of guidance during onboarding made a difference.

The whole process from starting the integration to going live with our first notifications took less time than we had planned for. The engineering team did not have to spend extra cycles figuring things out and the product team was productive from the start.

For teams evaluating notification platforms I would say the onboarding experience matters a lot. If the initial setup is painful everything that follows will be harder. SuprSend made the onboarding easy and the ongoing support has been reliable.
What do you dislike about the product?
A structured onboarding checklist inside the dashboard would help teams track their progress during initial setup.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed the rollout to go smoothly without taking up too much of anyone's time. The combination of a usable platform, good documentation, and responsive support meant we went live without delays or complications.
