What do you like best about the product?
I like SuperAnnotate because the environment is very easy to work around, making it easy for me to navigate the platform. It feels super easy to use, and I don't have trouble finding my way around.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think, probably, when you try to log in, that's the major challenge I have in the first instance. So maybe that can be made much more easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find it easy to look at different models of responses and provide feedback with limited stress.

I also feel that some tools take time to get used to at first, especially for new users. In a few cases, small UI adjustments or clearer shortcuts would make the annotation process even smoother and faster.

SuperAnnotate helps make annotation work more organized and less confusing. I like that they are super active on the platform because there is always maintenance and they are always solving problems and updating their platform. It makes me feel like my voice is heard when I face a problem. So the team always solves it and updates the platform. It makes the platform valuable for me because it's super smooth, especially since they have tutorials and videos to guide you through.

It was slow, but it is fixed now.

What I love most is how intuitive and user-friendly the interface is, especially for complex data annotation tasks. The toolset is incredibly robust, and the keyboard shortcuts are an absolute lifesaver when working on large batches. It makes the whole workflow much faster and more efficient without compromising on quality.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much to dislike, but if I had to point out something, it would be the initial learning curve. Because there are so many advanced features, it takes a little bit of time to get fully comfortable with the workspace. Also, the browser can occasionally lag slightly if you are working with a massive batch of ultra-high-resolution images, but it's rarely a major issue.

As someone working in AI training and data annotation, accuracy and speed are everything. SuperAnnotate solves the problem of clunky, slow annotation workflows. The website is very trusted, the immediate support by customer service is amazing, the income is also very good, the overall experience is very smooth .
What do you dislike about the product?
There is only one one thing I hate in this experience that the acceptance for some project takes sometime , so you have to wait for sometime to be accepted.

I think their support is the most important. Their patience was also tested as I faced a problem in logging in to the platform, and their powerful support contacted me on the spot. Once I sent the email, I got a reply. It was easy after they solved my technical problem.

Super Annotate is a powerhouse for AI data labelling. What I like most are the AI-powered automation tools, like smart polygon and auto-annotate, which have significantly reduced our manual labelling time. The platform is also very versatile, handling everything from computer vision to NLP with ease. On top of that, the Project Management dashboard is top-tier: it makes tracking progress, managing large teams, and keeping QA (Quality Assurance) high both seamless and transparent.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, there isn’t much to dislike. That said, because the platform is so feature-rich, there’s a bit of a learning curve for new users who want to get comfortable with all the advanced tools. I’d also love to see more flexible pricing options aimed specifically at small start-ups or independent researchers, since the current structure feels more geared toward enterprise-level projects.

SuperAnnotate primarily solves the bottleneck of slow, manual data labeling. Before using the platform, managing large-scale annotation projects felt fragmented and was prone to human error. With its AI-assisted labeling tools, SuperAnnotate has significantly sped up our data preparation phase, helping us move from raw data to model training much faster.

SuperAnnotate is a well-designed platform that’s easy to navigate, even for beginners. The workflow—from finding tasks, to opening them, to submitting—is smooth and seamless. I’ve been using the platform daily for about a week and haven’t needed any assistance so far; however, I’ve heard the customer support is impeccable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more tasks available and more categories of tasks for people with different specializations.

SuperAnnotate offers a centralized, well-structured environment for completing AI data annotation tasks efficiently. It brings task assignment, submission, and feedback together in one place, making project-based AI work more organized, easier to manage, and more accessible.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate that SuperAnnotate offers many different jobs that cater to various countries and dialects, which is great for my work. I also like that the hourly rate is high, which makes it more worth my time. The fact that the platform offers flexible working hours is a big plus for me because it solved my problem of not having time to work part-time. Plus, the initial setup was perfect and uncomplicated, which made getting started really easy.

I think you should have more jobs for Egypt.

SuperAnnotate solves my problem of inflexible work hours, offering flexible working hours with many different jobs, including audio projects in English and Arabic, and a high hourly rate.
