Great platform with complete toolset for various annotation tasks
What do you like best about the product?
Our company started using SuperAnnotate around three months ago, and we have seen tremendous improvement in our results. The platform is easy to use, and the setup was seamless with the help of their support team. The tool has several features we are in love with, such as semantic segmentation. It was also essential for us how their team handled our pilot project and ensured to meet all the requirements.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some more advanced features we would like to see in the platform. We talked about it with their support and product teams, and it looks like those features are already in their roadmap. So we are looking forward to them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There were thousands of images to be annotated for our product, and SuperAnnotate was really helpful. We have seen an increase in quality and speed, which is always a top priority for us.

Don't hesitate to contact their support team if additional functionalities are needed.

Good impressions from the work and results. Thorough preparation for the project launch with proven KPIs. Active cooperation during the project. We received results in time with the required quality.

Delay in preparing documents for registration as a contractor
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We required labeling of the dataset requiring a multi-lingual context analysis. Native speakers are the best choice to achieve the targets in such a case. Our task was solved.

What do you like best about the product?
For us as an ML first company, labeling quality has always been a top priority. So, while we were looking for potential annotation partners, SuperAnnotate stood out by being extremely supportive in setting up the pilot project in a speedy manner, so that we could assess labeling quality and velocity. Furthermore, they proactively onboarded us to their platform and are still very supportive as our projects are ongoing.
Comparing to other companies we have worked with in the past, SA is the winner. Their platform offers an exceptional user experience that is well thought through, super easy to use, and also allows us to easily set up labeling and QA workflows such that our in-house QA team is seamlessly integrated into the process.

The platform offers a smart segmentation via superpixels, but there is still a lot of potential for fully automatic labeling.

What do you like best about the product?
It was very easy to set up and get started with SuperAnnotate. We had some specific requirements for our project, and we were impressed with how their team handled them and met all our requirements.
What do you dislike about the product?
We didn't face any major issues. In general, the quality of their support is very high, and they helped us fix whatever issues we had.

The support team is superb, the platform is very easy to handle while having many important features.

Nothing I can think of right now. Most of the "dislikes" are now being taken care of by the great team

What do you like best about the product?
Whenever I encountered issues with the upload of the images or if I had a quick question, the support team would answer me very fast and give me the appropriate answer.
The tool is also easy to get used to and some features make the annotation process faster (such as the workflow feature).

There were issues with uploading large batches of images from cloud providers, but the support team fixed the problem, and now everything works well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With SuperAnnotate, I solve problems regarding Computer vision and dentistry. Using the app enabled me to have accurate annotations with dentists because the task was difficult without dentistry expertise.

What do you like best about the product?
SuperAnnotate makes it very easy to collaborate and distribute work across our team as we add bounding box annotations to all the images used to train our models. We find the SuperAnnotate interface to be very clean, intuitive, and fast! We also appreciate SuperAnnotate’s Smart Prediction capabilities which let us iteratively train models that we use to speed up our annotation process and get a sense of how the models are performing as new images are annotated and added to the training datasets.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently, SuperAnnotate's capabilities and more advanced options for model training (e.g., allowing for additional model types, data augmentation, advanced hyperparameter tuning, etc) and deployment (to edge devices and/or web-based APIs) are still in development. However, we hear that progress is being made in these areas and eagerly await advances on these fronts!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
GSI is exploring ways that AI and computer vision can be used in a wide variety of environmental science applications (e.g., real-time data collection and environmental monitoring). Having access to the SuperAnnotate platform ensures that we can get up to speed quickly on new projects and make solid progress with even small-(ish) training data sets.
Flexible, fast and precise
What do you like best about the product?
Annotating is tedious and can be difficult depending on the subject. With feedbacks, SuperAnnotate never stops improving annotations' quality.
What do you dislike about the product?
It isn't easy to upload other file formats than the three available. Sometimes I want to put simple tips or detailed procedures in a text, for example, and I just can't upload them.

It allows the database to be enriched at a faster rate than if we did it internally.
Great platform for annotations
What do you like best about the product?
A user-friendly platform that helps to provide a better quality labeling service. It is a pleasure to be partnered with the SuperAnnotate team. Analytics is useful to gauge each person's effort on the project.
What do you dislike about the product?
We would really like to see instances completed per person in Analytics. When we skip an image, it generally takes time to access/load the next image, it will be great if this gets resolved

Interacting with the SuperAnnotate team is always a pleasure. Quick response to all queries as well as a great software for all our Data Annotation needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
All problems & queries are quickly resolved & there isnt much to write about dislikes. There are areas of improvement & I am sure they will be worked upon as quickly as always.
