Efficient software and professional team
What do you like best about the product?
They are always punctual with deadlines.

The annotations of some tricky figures to segment are not always perfect, though the quality is quite good, and they try always to improve them.

Fast, intuitive and inteligent tool
What do you like best about the product?
Our team is using the tool for 6+ months. The things to be highlighted are clean and intuitive UI/UX, well thought and designed workflow, KPIs which help to gamify the process (our annotators are 16-25yo), supportive professionals, and outstanding features.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything negative I can comment about. All the issues have been addressed promptly, the team is open to suggestions and discussions.

We are doing pixel-level annotation for fashion industry.
Awesome tool for collaborative annotation
What do you like best about the product?
We've been using SuperAnnotate for a scientific project on images. Its collaborative system makes annotation tasks kind of fun and speeds up the process a lot. Its features are intuitive and the API makes it easier to upload pre-annotations obtained from machine learning models to speed up the annotation tasks even more. Although I have never used it, I liked the idea of allowing people to define Neural Networks and train models directly in the server to automatically annotate data.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything to complain about SuperAnnotate.

We've been working on a scientific project related to parasite images.

Go for it. It's a really good tool.

What do you like best about the product?
We started a pilot project with SuperAnnotate a few months ago and that led to a long-term collaboration. Our team was impressed with the quality of the service and support. It was a no-brainer for us to trust all our annotation projects to SuperAnnotate. It’s easy to do business with them.

Professional Team with Innovative and Intuitive Software
What do you like best about the product?
SuperAnnotate is a high quality, easy to use software that helped us to annotate a large number of videos in an organized fashion. You can effectively distribute the work on their website within your group and follow the progress. On a personal note, Vahan helped us to find the most appropriate tools for our annotations, kept us up-to-date regarding the software and was really easy to talk to. Great Software, Professional Team
What do you dislike about the product?
The stop and the start button was vibrating during annotation which made it hard to click on but it was fixed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to annotate in-game videos of professional athletes. The major benefit was the straightforward annotation tools and the well-organized workflow analytic option.

I'm working on a very complicated project and this platform has saved me a lot of pain when annotating images. Everything is very efficient and I can export anything in COCO format :)
Quickly and efficiently
What do you like best about the product?
We needed to annotate a significant amount of data with segmentation. The superannotate team took care of all the problems associated with organizing the annotation, we just needed to upload the images. It was very convenient. The work itself was done qualitatively and on time.

The prices are a little higher than expected.

For our tasks we need to annotate images with pixel-level segmentation. It turned out to be very convenient to delegate the annotation process to a third-party service fully.
Great platform with complete toolset for various annotation tasks
What do you like best about the product?
Our company started using SuperAnnotate around three months ago, and we have seen tremendous improvement in our results. The platform is easy to use, and the setup was seamless with the help of their support team. The tool has several features we are in love with, such as semantic segmentation. It was also essential for us how their team handled our pilot project and ensured to meet all the requirements.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some more advanced features we would like to see in the platform. We talked about it with their support and product teams, and it looks like those features are already in their roadmap. So we are looking forward to them.

There were thousands of images to be annotated for our product, and SuperAnnotate was really helpful. We have seen an increase in quality and speed, which is always a top priority for us.
