Great tooling and fast support
What do you like best about the product?
We've been working with SuperAnnotate for almost a year now. We selected SuperAnnotate because of its feature set, excellent customer support and the service marketplace. Results are way above the curve compared with those of the previous tooling we were using. We had their support team jumping on any slight adjustment we needed them to make.
What do you dislike about the product?
We did not face anything that wasn’t addressed and solved in a timely manner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were looking for software that provided both the labeling tool and the annotation services. We made the decision to switch to SuperAnnotate due to its responsive service coordination and support. Our involvement in our project was little without affecting the outcome.
Top choice labeling Platform
What do you like best about the product?
We were looking for a data annotation service provider that could take over our project and get back to us with high-quality training data without passing our project deadlines. SuperAnnotate offered us both the tooling and the service team. We had the project complete much faster than we expected without any issues on the quality side.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything from onboarding to delivering the results exceeded our expectations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had one big annotation project but it involved a wide range of annotations needed to complete the task. SuperAnnotate’s tooling is great for complex projects. Having been presented with the tooling, we realized we did not need to worry about how our projects will be delivered.

What do you dislike about the product?
SuperAnnotate originally started with computer vision. We need the same great product and service, but with more features for massively multilingual *natural language* datasets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need *quality* data, not just quantity. In the past, we got quotes and services from less technical vendors, small ones and big ones (like Lionbridge AI). The quotes are all over the map that it's clear they're not even quoting for the same thing because they don't understand ML. Bad data just comes back to bite us.
We also did it in-house (and even built our own labeling app), but we don't want to spend a lot of time managing and policing it, and we promised ourselves "Never again".

Recommendations to others considering the product:
With labeling, the thing is to consider your job size/frequency and use case.
- Quality is always more important than you think, else you question results and have to redo everything.
- The overhead management work is more than you think, better to outsource.
And those two are in tension with each other.

Amazing team and great product
What do you like best about the product?
We like the most how customized we can make SuperAnnotate's labeling to fit our specific needs. We also have specific rules we like to follow around QAing our labels, and this system helped us do that very well.
What do you dislike about the product?
One time we ran into an issue where we needed a lot of images labeled quickly and quickly increased the number of annotators. This was an issue as we didn't realize we'd be paying for a lot of people to learn how to label our data. We worked with the SuperAnnotate team to quickly resolve this and find a method of labeling that maximized cost per label while not sacrificing quality.

We've been able to quickly label our data and review these labels to make sure they fit our specific machine learning needs. Thanks team!
Best Text Annotation Tool I Came Across!
What do you like best about the product?
I was exploring a few annotation tools to select for our project and SuperAnnotate was the best choice in terms of the introduction and onboarding. We were trained and ready to kickstart the project in no time.
What do you dislike about the product?
We’ve been working on the platform for a couple of months now and everything we had trouble with was solved instantly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our project has a huge set of documents we need to be labeled and SuperAnnotate’s document editor is well designed to meet our needs.
Perfect for Academic Projects, Great Support Team
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the platform is not too complex to use. The user interface is well developed which helps to find the right features in the right places.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do like working on the platform and the desktop app as well. I did not find anything to make my project difficult to complete.

I am doing text annotation for a university project and their class attributes which are recently added to the text editor really help when it comes to our line of project.

What do you like best about the product?
We partnered up with SuperAnnotate, and in the scope of the partnership, SuperAnnotate makes its state-of-the-art technology platform accessible to AUA students, allowing them to practice what they’ve learned, create datasets, and develop prototype models of artificial intelligence (AI).
This pilot partnership will evolve further, encouraging more students to undertake novel research in ML and AI.

What do you dislike about the product?
So far I have not come across anything that we addressed and the Support Team did not respond immediately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the help of SuperAnnotate’s tools, I can create a Document Project for text classification, define classes for the data, add attributes specific to a certain class, and define whether the classification should be done based on the full context or only a part of it. After annotating the data, I can download it from the obtained classes and use it for my research.

Awesome people, efficient service and easy-to-use platform
What do you like best about the product?
We mainly need to label a huge amount data for segmentation. The superannotate team took care of every problem we mentioned, and all we needed to do was to add comments to the problematic labels. The team are detail-oriented. Very nice!

Nothing to mention. Very enjoyable experience with what we have done so far.

We are labeling images fro semantic segmentation with Superannotate. It proves we saved a lot of time by using superannotate platform, so that we can focus on the algorithm itself.

What do you like best about the product?
SuperAnnotate offers an easy-to-use interface, a flexible SDK, and a communicative staff that has been helpful as we build our data annotation pipeline. Additionally, SuperAnnotate has been receptive to feedback and as a result, added unique capabilities to their platform that have further improved our labeling process. Finally, relative to competitors, their services are competitively priced.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have encountered few downsides from using SuperAnnotates services. Building an upload and export pipeline was a bit burdensome when we were getting started. However, SA continues to add useful functionality to reduce these problems. For example, they recently added easy S3 integration. Images can be automatically pulled from an S3 bucket and added to a project in the platform.

We use SuperAnnotate as the cornerstone of our data labeling pipeline. Thus far, we've been able to curate an extensive and high-quality dataset of annotations. As a result, we've been able to build highly performant ML models.
Excellent people, software and annotation services
What do you like best about the product?
The Superannotate team was very helpful during the entire process of iterating on our pose detection model and working with annotators to process our model timely and accurately.

Nothing comes to mind. very good experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are developing a new pose detection algorithm and movement evaluation model confidentially for a client. We are innovating and on a steep learning curve and the SA team has been patient, thoughtful and informative during the entire process. We benefitted directly from their professionalism and subject matter expertice.
