Great Annotation Platform!
What do you like best about the product?
It's a user-friendly tool easy to understand, has very precise annotations and has no lag experience whatsoever.

None so far as the platform works as intended

What do you like best about the product?
Along with SuperAnnotate’s labeling tool, we liked their data curation. It helped a lot with managing our data.
What do you dislike about the product?
There were minor bumps but nothing too major.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used SuperAnnotate to label text data to understand the sentiments of our customers based on their own words. SuperAnnotate’s text editor was great in terms of functionality. It was very intuitive and easy to use.

What do you like best about the product?
The Super annotate platform is a user-friendly tool platform. where we can use an admin account to quickly access and control all other accounts. Our main impression of it is how flexible it is. For example, utilizing admin accounts, we can simply allocate and reallocate data and sort the "unallocated" data.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest problem, as far as we can see, is that we cannot access the labeler information in the approver's accounts. Therefore, we encountered some difficulties in identifying and rectifying the labelers who are not performing up to our expectations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
While examining the reviewer account, it could be helpful if we also received information on labeler accounts. As a result, we can quickly determine the standard of each labeler. Additionally, we can identify subpar employees, increase training opportunities, and raise quality.

What do you like best about the product?
Super Annotate tool is very effective to work on annotations. We have a workflow in classes that makes it much easier and faster to work on annotation and have comment options helps us to lead the users with better quality annotation.
What do you dislike about the product?
In workflow we don't have the option to skip classes from 1 to directly 10, we need to skip class 1 to class 10 one by one which causes more time while doing QC activities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us to examine all potential causes of the problem and also helps us to Identify all alternative solutions to resolve the problem.

What do you like best about the product?
Tool UI is very smooth functionality and easy to use for all annotator ,QA and admin. I am using superannotate from last 2 year and didn't find any issue in any project. Admin can assign images according to their annotator availibilty and productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found any major issues till now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Superannotate platform provides dashboard where we can track productivity and all project statistics. We are using superannotate platform for ADAS and Robotics projects and many more.

The platform has been developed keeping in mind that any person can use it without any question in mind. The platform is very simple and user-friendly and has all the features required for annotating unstructured data. The dashboard provides all the statistics for the team and project status. This helps in keeping track in real-time.

Until now we have not faced any major problems with the tool, for any minor issues the support services have always been prompt in resolving them.

The platform provides AI-Assisted Labeling capabilities. It would be great if users can add custom models adopting standard networks to be supported by the platform to aid in their labeling tasks.

We work on projects focused on inspection tasks and defects detection. Superannotate helps us in managing and labeling training data to train our instance segmentation models.

What do you like best about the product?
It's a fantastic tool to label and annotate medical images. Saves us ton of time and resources.

Not much to dislike, but if I have to choose, I'd say the UI can be a little bit more intuitive.
