Tasks Keep Me on Track and Nothing Falls Through the Cracks

What do you like best about the product?
I like the tasks the best. It really helps me stay on track and I do not let people fall through the cracks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the total expert app. I wish it was more user-friendly and you could do things like create flyers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Total expert helps me provide support to realtors without having to be at their ooen house, and it helps me stay in contact with current clients as well as future and past

What do you like best about the product?
I loved Total Expert when it first came out, and I even reviewed the system for a previous company of mine to adopt and sat down with some of the sales staff that came out. Unfortunately, I don’t like much about the system anymore, there is nothing special on what it offers.
What do you dislike about the product?
1) You can't pull up a report to show possible duplicate entries to merge
2) If I have a contact who is a client as well as a referral partner I have to enter them as 2 separate contacts to make sure they get the appropriate marketing
3) When sending out a co-marketing partner request, it doesn't indicate which user it is coming from - the recipient just gets an email to click on.
4) The whole lead, referral source type, and all of that information just seems a bit clunky and confusing and messy
5) I don't like that I can't add in a Title for my referral partners - you can input "Dr", etc. But I can't identify what the title of my referral partner is unless I make a bunch of new groups. I would like to have a group called "Financial Planners" and be able to see what their Title is without having to click on them to read any notes as I have a company that would go under this group but they all do different things.
6) I don't even know if you can add specific hashtags that would work, but you can't tag anyone, you can't add a location and you are only limited to FB, LI, & IG.
7) The bombbomb piece on the templates is finicky. I have a favorited tag where weekly we update the video and title but when I delete the video and add the bombbomb widget back in there, when I select the video it doesn't upload it. I have to add a couple columns with the bombbomb widgets so that one of them will take it and then go delete the extra columns.
Seems that Total Expert could take note of most CRMs and update their system accordingly and try and keep up with the times

It's not solving any of my problems currently other than holding a database and I could do that with an excel spreadsheet - it does have some okay features but again, it's old and hardly relevant anymore.

Easy to Navigate and Simple to Train On

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to navigate, most people in our industry are familiar with it and if not, it's fairly easy to train them on it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like more integrations that don't need Zapier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps with automations so that my team has less manual work to do.

Total Expert Makes Co-Branded Single Property Websites Easy for Daily Promotion

What do you like best about the product?
I use Total Expert daily to create Single Property Websites for promotion on social media for my real estate partners. When a new listing is created for any of my partners, I immediately send a co-branded SPS.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would not say that there is a downside to using it. You get out of it what you put into it. If you are engaged, and entering your real estate partners and clients into marketing groups you can target them for marketing. You have to do the work of setting up the groups, first, however.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives me a solid reason to reach out to past, current, and potential clients, as well as my real estate partners. It also makes it easier to stay engaged and remain top of mind with all of these groups.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Total Expert links to my social media platforms so I am able to make posts directly from my resources and I know they are compliant. I also love being able to have realtors create profiles linked to mine; I use this as a marketing tool frequently.
What do you dislike about the product?
The "Tags" feature as filters is a bit clunky and often I have to select a tag multiple times before it filters them out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Total Expert, I was not using a CRM so it is allowing me to keep all my contacts in one location as well as keep in touch with my resources much easier.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to send to a large database all at once.
What do you dislike about the product?
Database management is not user friendly. Very hard to keep lists scrubbed and refine the lists to certain target markets. Not very flexible. Site crashes at times, help desk chat only.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it mainly for marketing loan products to Realtors via email.

Efficient Database Management with Intuitive Alerts

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the regular alerts from Total Expert, especially the listing alerts. They keep me from having to search through 1,500 past mortgages that I have done, which makes managing my database and keeping track of clients' interest rates more efficient. I also appreciate having easy access to all of my past loans, and the seamless integration with our LOS and my MRC lead generating system enhances my workflow. Setting up Total Expert was pretty easy as I'm very familiar with working with CRM systems.

Sometimes it can be slow
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Total Expert to manage my database and track clients' interest rates. It keeps me updated with regular alerts and provides easy access to my past loans, so I don't need to search through 1,500 past mortgages.

What do you like best about the product?
Relatively easy to use with wonderful reporting capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although it is a very unique product for this market, the cost seems a bit inflated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it a bit unconventionally, offering the tool to our partners/customers. In doing so, it's helping with their marketing outreach tremendously. Internally, we've automated several outreach campaigns, saving time and delivering consistency.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Total Expert makes it pretty easy to maneuver through the different options. The initial setup was very easy. The marketing tools, such as marketing flyers and social media posts, are what I use the most. I do like the site.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like more landing page options to direct prospective customers to when prospecting. The ability to offer free information. Then the customer goes to a landing page to request. I get contact information and they are sent the pdf.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Total Expert for creating marketing flyers, social media posts, and follow-ups. It's pretty easy to maneuver through the different options.
