I have 4+ years experience in Zscaler Internet access administration with ZCCP-IA certification.
What do you like best about the product?
Cloud Based solution. Easy to deploy manage and administer with 99% availability. User friendly console and effective policy enforcement
What do you dislike about the product?
Zscaler node issues sometimes in some places are not visible customers. Office365 traffic through Zscaler is comparatively slow. Latency issues connecting to nodes based on location (example: mid Africa has nodes in Europe or in south Africa)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cost and Maintenance of on prem proxy devices is too high. Zscaler has user friendly gui which makes it easy to manage and deploy policies. Logs help to troubleshoot the connectivity issues much quicker. It can be deployed to any location connecting to widely present zsclaer nodes.

Zscaler is the best cloud based solution for web traffic with advanced threat detection, securing your network from all sorts of malicious traffic.

That it is cloud based and its databased is feeded and updated by 25+ companies

The initial performance as the solution is based on AI and works on machine learning and user learning

Security Threats plus control over people/content accessing the internet

This is one of the best cloud based security solution. Plus it is available on OPEX model which gives a huge advantage for any organization. Plus the team is such supporting in providing license FOC for testing the efficiency of it.

There is nothing to be disliked, but yes it's quite expensive.

Granular Policy When users on Office premises and Road warrior. I can enforce the same Policy restrictions whether a user on office or user on roaming
What do you dislike about the product?
i would recommend Zscaler route all internet traffic apart from 80 and 443. todays when users on Roaming ( road warrior ) we need to evaluate apart from web traffic

What do you like best about the product?
ZIA came in very handy at times where my org was looking at having control and visibility on Laptops being used for Working from Home.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say, there is nothing to be disliked. The solution is so customizable that makes its easy to pick up solutions that suits or needs and fits the bill.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Control on Road Warriors. Benefits like, a analysis report for Executives and a detailed report on Internet access and the threats addressed. Control on SSL traffic and applications.

This would be a one stop solution for the current situation, to have full control on Laptops being used to access the Corp resources and a Secure Gateway for Internet.

I think the logon process is redundant, you need to login every time.

We are solving internet intrusions within the company. Having Zscaler Internet Acces helps a lot with making sure our browsers are secured and forbidden sites are manageable.

I highly recommend Zscaler Internet Access because of its credibility, reliability, and has been protecting our company's browsers for 5 years now.

What do you like best about the product?
The security level which zscaler provides its simply awesome. The beauty is without proper credentials nobody is allowed to access an unauthorized site. Security at its best!!

Nothing as of now. The browsing is safe and authentic. Once came across any disadvantage will jot it down.
