Zscaler best in class for ZTNA
What do you like best about the product?
Zscaler portal is user friendly, they have 160 plus data centres across the globe.It is completely cloud native SaaS solution. No requirments of hardware for deploying zscaler

more granular controls when accessing internet or private applications needs to be developed
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
securing internet acces to employees irrespective of locations and irrespective of internet connectivity.
Controls doesn't affect speed and runs in the background with SSO feature

What is most valuable?
Zscalar Internet Access is for Internet security, like an Internet security gateway. I like how it runs seamlessly in the background with a single sign-on. The controls you can have on devices for Internet security are good, and it doesn't impact speed wherever you're connected. Overall, I think it's very good so far.
What needs improvement?
The solution's pricing is on the higher side. It would be better if it could be lower.
For how long have I used the solution?
I have been using the product for a year.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
The product is quite stable. There were some challenges with speed and performance when connected to a different region, but once they fixed the policy and routed through our region, everything worked fine.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
The tool should be scalable - we have many employees, and it's covering well. I can't comment on limitations for other companies with thousands of computers.
How was the initial setup?
We pushed it through policy to all computers, so we didn't need people to do it manually. You need someone overseeing it but not heavily involved or specifically dedicated. It can be handled with other workloads.
What was our ROI?
The main reason for getting the solution was for better security, not for time or management savings. It didn't decrease effort for our security team, but it improved our overall security posture.
What other advice do I have?
I like Zscaler Internet Access. We've been using it for a while, and it's working very well. However, we're still in the early stages of identifying the full solution and requirements.
I rate it a ten out of ten.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to build and configure. Greatly improves internet and SaaS security for organisations.
What do you dislike about the product?
API documentation. Required parameters are not defined clearly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Internet and SaaS security, identity-based policies, IP based traffic to vendor (SIPA). Saves a lot of money to have these as a service and not spend more money to build it on your own.

Data is encypted as all the data flows through Zscaler.

Witin 1 second of Internet fluctuation Zscaler gets disconnected.

It is protecting Data, it is secure, it has good cloud security.

One of the best proxy to steer 80 and 443 traffic. It has well known support and expert professional services.

There is nothing to dislike just waiting to get more new features.

Deep scanning of the contents and provide security from malware and malicious.
Secure access to websites or applications through Zscaler connector
What do you like best about the product?
This allows me not to worry about the policies of the sites I can access and what the sites need to avoid in case of security issues. Zcaler gives me proper protection over the internet to block non-policy-abiding sites and block traffic over there. Also most of its process are automated.

I always feel it's been protecting me from harmful access over internet, there is certainly nothing to dislike about it, since it gives me a seamless experience too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If my organization doesn't use Zcaler, it would be an issue of getting my traffic into unauthorized sites and harmful sites, which can result in viruses or data loss. Also, we tend to go through a lot of ads. But with Zcaler, all the above problems are rectified, since I have secure access to the internet and abide by policy in all terms.

I like Zscaler Internet Access because it gives strong security against cyber threats. It is easy to scale up and also management console is simple.

I find it little complicated to set up because it takes a lot of time. Sometimes it's slow, especially when many people are using it. Also, understanding the pricing is a bit confusing.

It helps us stay safe from cyber threats like viruses and hacking. It protects our data and makes sure we can work without any worries. This keeps us productive and helps us keep our customers' trust.

Zscaler cloud security gives unparalleled protection with ease of use and it's integration with different platforms is make it's unique. Since,It has got some industry best features in it, it promises best protection among all. They have got a good customer support team.

Few users might get some issue with pricing. The cost might be a factor that potential users need to carefully weigh against their budget constraints.

It helps in web filtering, threath intelligence and has a diverse security approach. It has helped me in safgaurding digital assets. Team has recently shifted to zscaler private access and it is seamless and less time consuming.
