What do you like best about the product?
Cloud native architecture is best
Basically zia is fully cloud -deliverd , which means no backhauling traffic to data centres.

Zscaler Internet Access can be great for security, but sometimes the aggressive filtering can be a bit overbearing, leading to unnecessary blocks and slowdowns, especially on high-traffic days
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For preventing non relevant sites which are not required for business purposes

ZScaler is a must have tool
What do you like best about the product?
It’s a bundle of security services. ZScaler Internet Access proxies your Internet traffic and runs it through URL content filter lists. ZScaler Private Access puts connection brokers between your clients and servers that hide real IPs from each other and force every server connection to go through a login or SSO process. There are more bells and whistles, but those are the two major biggies.
What do you dislike about the product?
Potential for slower internet speeds due to traffic routing through the cloud, a complex configuration process, a user interface that can be difficult to navigate, and occasional connection issues which can impact user experience, especially when dealing with latency-sensitive applications; additionally, some users may find the extensive feature set overwhelming, leading to underutilization of certain functionalities
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I am working in a compliance based role. It's crucial to be secure while accessing secured data so, I always use Zscaler to secure my internet connection.
User Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
User Friendly and straight forward. We dont need to be an expert to use it. So simple and automated. Dashboard is very simple and easy working.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes it is slow loading. I dont know if it is my optimization problem. But I feel its a bit slowing down some times

security being a major concern, since gere everything is cloud based security level is high

It is best for an organization, they can restrict all unwanted websites which help they employees to waste their time or unnecesaary things.

I don't see any dislike thing, depending on organization if any website is restricted then it may be difficult process to make that website accessible.

I like how it protects acessing the browser from non-trsuted internet resources.
and its gets connect automatically on my computer as soon as i open the system and its easily connects to vpn. Customer Support is very helpful and easy to use the software.

sometimes there is issue connecting to vpn on with home wifi

The beat thing about Zscaler Internet Access is the ease of use. My previous company had a mandate to use Zscaler and with just a mouse click it would connect without a need to enter or remember passwords.

Nothing, it is very easy to use. Just a mouse click

Zscaler helped me to work on the client network without actually needing me to go to client location with remote von.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it doesnt allow access to some websites even if zscaler is off because of which have to log out so as to access it(for example: chatgpt)

Not allowing hacking of confidential data and creates a boundary between work and personal data thus helping to organise data efficiently
