What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that Insights Hub turns data into dashboards seamlessly. The asset manager is pretty good, and I also find the user management and policies management features valuable. They give me a way to manage important things.
What do you dislike about the product?
I experience data availability issues outside of maintenance periods, it seems that every time a maintenance event is planned, the system suffers - outside of the affected times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Insights Hub to organize and use data effectively, turning it into dashboards seamlessly. The asset manager, user management, and policies management help me manage important aspects, making it valuable.

I like the user interface of Insights Hub. Its functionality makes accomplishing tasks quicker and easier.

Finding information on how to within the software itself is challenging. The help files require more information and making it easier to locate.

What do you like best about the product?
Insight Hub has been one of my workhorse tools. My favorite part about it is that it doesn’t bombard you with convoluted dashboards. It’s all neat, structured and accessible even for people who aren’t professional data jockeys.
Performance-wise, it’s fast and stable. I haven’t run into any big bugs or crashes yet. Customer support is indeed quite responsive each time I had doubt, they replied with the right solution rather than just saying you might need help from a designer.

What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to have a little more customization available, especially for report designs. Nothing deal-breaker, but it would make the platform even more versatile.
All in all, Insight Hub is as advertised. So if you’re looking for a tool to understand your data without making things complicated, this one is definitely worth checking out.

What do you like best about the product?
insights Hub provides a centralized and easy to navigate platform that helps to consolidate data from various sources in one place.The dash boards and reporting tools are intuitive, making it simpler to gain quick insights without needing advanced technical skills. It improves decision making and saves time by providing a clear view of key performance indicators and trends. Implementation is ease, Good customer support , integration is ease, frequently used.
What do you dislike about the product?
some features require additional configuration before they become fully useful, which can be time consuming. At times, the system can feel slow when handling large volumes of data or complex dashboards, additionally, the number of customization options could be more flexible to better match different business use cases

Insights Hub Centralizes equipment data and provides real time data and real time dashboards, helping us track performance, detect issues early and improve operational efficiency.
