Huge time saver!

What do you like best about the product?
Having a background as a developer makes me really appreciate the approach taken by the superhuman team.

I'm able to save lost of time and always be on top of open conversations and pending issues within my organization and with customers.

Awesome product!
What do you dislike about the product?
Their calendar features are not quite there yet, and often I'm forced to still use outlook solution (which I'd rather completely drop).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving time when managing email, which as an organization grows becomes more of a pain.

Also, I find it really useful to follow up on tasks and conversations, and make sure nothing slips through the cracks

What do you like best about the product?
Clean design and split inboxes remove clutter and helps me manage my ADHD.
Glide through my mailbox with super helpful shortcuts
The AI functionality is impressive
What do you dislike about the product?
It's quite expensive
Calendar integration can be better and allow for direct editing
No iCloud option
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Speed in dealing with continuous inflow of e-mail.
Spam management
Scheduling of e-mail to pop-up when I need it
My productivity has increased significantly

What do you like best about the product?
The remind me feature and using hotkeys to move through emails with ease
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. I absolutely love Superhuman and couldn't speak more highly of them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Superhuman brings efficiency to my day and as a forgetful person, I can trust the program to keep me on top of important tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
I used to spend hours going through emails, filing them manually and setting up separate reminders to follow up with people. Superhuman combines all of this together, with a perfect workflow that allows me to constantly aim towards reaching 'inbox zero'. They released AI tools recently which is great at speeding up workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a price tag associated with the app, which at first was a bitter pill to swallow. However after the first couple of months of use, it becomes obvious that there is a massive benefit to using it which outweighs the cost factor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Speed of replying to people; being able to know that people have read the email so knowing when to follow up.

What do you like best about the product?
There are a lot of smart shortcuts, which i use often. The setup is really fresh and clear and easy for the eye. Communication with the Superhuman team is very open and fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything really, if there is an issue (not often), Superhuman support helps out straight away.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's giving a great overview, efficiency and helps me with fast emailing, so my benefit most of all is saving time and double work.

What do you like best about the product?
It saves me tons of time! And: their support is just awesome - they really have product development figured out
What do you dislike about the product?
There's really nothing tbh. The price tag is high, but it's really worth it (very easy to see the ROI here)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Too many emails, having to sort the urgent from the non-urgent ones

Game changer for productivity

What do you like best about the product?
It allows you to be super organized at all times and get through emails so much faster. My inbox now functions like a to do list and I never miss anything and am always caught up.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some inflexibilities in the interface, such as not beign able to see forwarded content without expanding, no great direct integration with Calendly, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am drownign in emails every day across 3 companies plus a personal email inbox so Superhuman allows me to get through all my emails in the day and also stay on top of open projects with the reminder system.

Elevating Email Management to Superhuman Levels!

What do you like best about the product?
I've been a user of Superhuman for a couple of years. It is one of my favorite applications to use because I can finally get through my inbox in a fast and efficient way. I feel like Harry Potter flying through my inbox with the greatest of ease without a mouse! I love Superhuman because of the customer support, the easy-to-remember short keys, and the pure speed I get from using the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Android app is so confusing to use. I hope this part of the platform becomes just as intuitive as the desktop.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I wish that I could afford Superhuman for all of my inboxes because my personal one needs some magic.

What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity. I can quickly accomplish what I need to do, triage my emails, find what I need, and send new messages with ease. I also trust the reliabilty of Superhuman and the team behind the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Superhuman offered more capability around notifications. For example, there have been times where I send a message and want to be notified the second that that recipient responds.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves me time.

Amazing email efficiency tool

What do you like best about the product?
Superhuman enables me to have a clean inbox and to be super agile with templates. Most of my common tasks are achievable with a couple of keystrokes or taps on mobile.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I see is that for users (like myself) who keep everything in their Outlook Inbox, it separates the completed emails into an archive box and the incomplete ones in the old inbox. This makes me have to often search for messages in two places.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives me the ability to treat emails like action items (scheduling them to come back later), and enables me to build super-effective "snippets" which are basically templates that address my most common tasks - like scheduling meetings, prepping candidates for interviews, etc.
