Absolutely love SH - makes my life so much easier
What do you like best about the product?
Utilizing multiple emails all in the same window, having a dedicated email software just for my email, and having dozens of quick-commands have helped my life speed up significantly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really to be honest. I don't use the mobile app so I guess that could be improved, but I'm totally happy just using Gmail on my phone and then strictly using Superhuman on web.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have multiple emails so it was exhausting to have to pull up multiple Gmail links before, not they are in the same space. Plus, I used to have a ton of email clutter and now with instant-archiving, I almost never have any extra emails.
Would never go back to Gmail
What do you like best about the product?
Shortcuts and speed of loading, processing email
What do you dislike about the product?
Formatting sometimes doesn't allow an email to display fully and I need to scroll left or right. Doesn't always change orientation into portrait mode.

Speed and focus.

What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of downsides for Superhuman to be honest. Maybe loosing quick access to Google Chat because I come from Gmail.

Fastening my typing.
Clearing my daily email responsabilities.

It actually makes getting through email faster.
What do you like best about the product?
UX/UI is super smooth and really fast. In the end, superhuman is Gmail but a whole lot better. The calendar function is WAY smoother. If you're someone who spends 10+ hours on email a week, you should get this.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish this was free, but alas, you get what you pay for. At $30 a month it is a very real cost but it saves me at least 1-2 hours per week which makes it very worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main thing Superhuman solves is the speed at which I get through my emails. Without Superhuman, it can take 10+ hours a week and with Superhuman I'm saving at minimum 1-2 hours a week.
Emailing with Efficency
What do you like best about the product?
Superhuman is an upgraded email experience. Among my favorite features are intuitive shortcuts, scheduling follow-ups, and read receipts. These features allow me to efficiently engage with work, personal, and school commitments.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have yet to experience any tangible downsides to utilizing Superhuman.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Superhuman is making sending, receiving, and organizing your email more efficient. In my own experiences, including in organizing several different initiatives, this has held true consistently.
For high volume
What do you like best about the product?
The design is intuitive; after a few times of use becomes second-nature.
What do you dislike about the product?
Login service providers for email only limited to Gmail/Outlook currently.

Allows viewing of more emails in a shorter timespan.
I can't live without it
What do you like best about the product?
Superhuman is one of those apps that just keeps getting better, and I already thought it was amazing. It was the first app I found with a Command Palette (Cmd + K), and now literally every time I search for a new app I make sure it has that. Plus, it really is blazingly fast. It's honestly set a new standard for software.
What do you dislike about the product?
This sounds cliche but not a lot honestly. Sometimes I want better calendar integrations or to-dos, but it's like asking a Ferrari to be just a little faster and cooler.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If you get a lot of emails, it's so nice to be able to process them super fast. I've recommended it to everyone I know. The best part is its keyboard shortcuts so I can process dozens of emails in minutes without touching my mouse. Also, the team is super responsive.
Masterpiece app
What do you like best about the product?
It's super fast, has great keyboard shortcuts, and beautiful pictures. And the mobile app is just as good!
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, the only concern is price, but I have accepted it and it is worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing e-mail becomes a positive experience. And I spend less time on this traditionally mundane task.

How fast everything is and how much they are continuously interesting the platform. they are super responsive and addicted to making the best customer experience there is/

there have been bugs that still have not been fixed in the past few months. they are very kind and responsive but still working through some start up phases over time.

the pace in which i am able to work through emails, the automations and template features and the ability to manage my inbox and remove the clutter has been most helpful
Fast, reliable email with AI tools
What do you like best about the product?
I work in sales consulting, I basically live out of my inbox and have found that Superhuman has made a huge difference to me in my job.
The speed at which I can triage my inbox is exceptional. All the features work the way they are meant to in a way I haven't found in competitor products, for example the reminders on emails.
The AI is well integrated and works well, I think any professional knows they aren't going to be replaced by ChatGPT any time soon but it can help a lot and Superhuman really helps with that.

What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly not much, if they could add group inboxes for multiple accounts in one inbox that would be great.
The only other obvious negative is the price, but I feel like the ROI on the subscription is pretty high for someone in my sort of role.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Superhuman helps me to manage my inbox efficently. I can move very quickly through my inbox and archive, action, or set a reminder to deal with my emails very quickly and that massively reduces the time spent in my inbox as well as my mental load.
