Definitely good for consumption. Other shortcuts are rarely beneficial.
What do you like best about the product?
Ther ability consume a hell lot of emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
Howsoever good the classification is, there is still a lot of pain in getting the right email to hit the right folder on top.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm subscribed to over 150 newsletters and I glimpse through all of them real quick. The inbox zero concept helps me get there faster.
superhuman has changed my life and productivity
What do you like best about the product?
the ease of unsubscribing to junk mail! and the ability to easily create folders and move things over.
What do you dislike about the product?
a bit of a learning curve, but once you get it, it's invaluable
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I literally never use email on my phone anymore I only respond and use superhuman - it would take me 3x as long it saves me SO MUCH TIME! I've referred it to at least 10 people by now who also love it

What do you like best about the product?
The keyboard shortcuts and the CTRL-K command line are fantastic time savers. Together with fast Label access I can triage my emails significantly faster and spend less time searching for stuff. Snippets are more versatile than google templates, and the automatic name expansion is great. The most underrated feature and absolute superpower is the meeting and calendar -- blazing fast to see if you have time, find time, and send an invite with a few keystrokes, Zoom or Google Meet automatically added.
I sometimes use reminders to have emails pop back up in my inbox in 2-3 weeks from now. But that's not a critical feature, though useful, especially the "if no reply" feature. Lately, I activated Sales Mode, which gives you visibilty to all recent opens / read receipts -- very useful for mass outreach! The AI feature is nascent, but will be powerful, I'm sure.
What I love love love about Superhuman is the fantastic customer service: Not only can I send screenshots or issues fast to the customer care, they also get answered usually within 20 minutes ... definitely under 1 hour. Often, I get a software update the next day, with my special feature request added or behavior already fixed.. absolutely amazing! The offline feature also works really well. This is where many clients fail, especially when you have many different devices offline at the same time and need to true up the account. Really nice.

What do you dislike about the product?
If you don't like keyboard shortcuts this is not for you. You will not get the same utility out of this email client. Also, you probably like graphical user interfaces with lots of buttons to click, or elaborate email formatting and templating and oulines, with different fonts and tables and stuff .... nope, not for you. This is a minimalistic getting-things-done email client. With just the right amount of quoting support, bold, italic, lists, underline. focus on content, not font

An amalgamation of aesthetics and function.
What do you like best about the product?
The visual design of the app makes using the app a pleasure and much easier to focus on the tasks at hand. The quick keys, while not novel, are invaluable and easy to learn. I love the reminders for messages to be addressed later. I could not be happier with the constant improvements such as the integration of AI.
What do you dislike about the product?
The focus in onboarding is inbox zero. I still aspire to that. I'm not that close. I am much closer than I was, however. I would like to have a workflow that isn't quite as absolute. Maybe that is just my bruised ego talking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Superhuman improves my efficiency and keeps me from "losing" email to time under the mound of email. I am able to stay organized and actionable. Building the meeting and zoom events has been a huge time saver.
LIFECHANGER
What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love using Superhuman. My favorite things are the keyboard shortcuts. It makes everything so much quicker. It also moves so quickly in general. Every action made in Superhuman is so intuitive and helpful. It's essentially like the email from the future, and I wish they had a project management tool to go along with it. I love it so much, and rave about it any chance I get.
What do you dislike about the product?
In my opinion, there are literally no downsides to using Superhuman. Not only is it visually appealing, it is extremely fast, beautiful, and helpful. I couldn't recommend it any more than I already do. It's also a huge plus that there are kind humans on the backend of it who are always willing to help troubleshoot and make sure that you are enjoying your experience. It's literally the only tool I don't complain about paying for. I love it here.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Superhuman is solving the problem of having to deal with bulky email views and folders that pretend to be helpful. Additionally, Superhuman understands that time is our most valuable resource and was created to support busy people with intuitive and fast systems. Superhuman is literally so helpful, and it benefits me beyond measure.

What do you like best about the product?
the filtering between newsletters and important emails is very good, and the keyboard shortcuts make it very very quick to deal with your must-do emails

they're adding features all the time but would be good to have a few more simple features added quickly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Running a business I get a lot of emails, some very important (clients) and some spam and newsletters/knowledge etc. Superhuman does a great job of filtering these.

Changed the way I process email forever
What do you like best about the product?
It takes a little re-training, but I cut down my time processing email by probably 80%. I never touch a mouse anymore when in my email client. And on top of streamlining my workflow, it offers really handy features like a fast an easy reminder, instant intro, and new AI features I am still learning. Constantly improving.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is little to dislike aside from the concept of paying for email, but honestly if it saves me half an hour per month it more than pays for itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can process my email many times faster than before, and easily organize the email I receive so I fit it neatly into my processing flow. The AI features are starting to solve problems I didn't even know I had, like time spent crafting email, refining sensitive or lengthy emails, and more.
Not hyperbole to say this app changed my life
What do you like best about the product?
Gmail and Apple mail are terrible when it comes to specialized features and functions. Especially if you are a 'my inbox is my todo list' sort of person, if you read an email on accident and don't leave it unread, you might miss something critical. Superhuman makes that easy, amongst a wealth of other incredible features. I coudn't live without it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Let's be real - it's pretty expensive. At nearly $500 a year, that is about as much as a subscription to Adobe Creative suite. I think the cost really turns off new people, even though now that I'm a die-hard for it, I will happy pay for it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My inbox is my todo list, and Superhuman makes that easy. It's also great as a sales too, because it always reminds me to check in with people.
Superhuman is a GAME CHANGER
What do you like best about the product?
Superhuman maximizes my time spent each day by allowing me to set reminder, schedule emails, create snippets for emails I frequently send and categorize emails via folders. It really saves me time by clearing my inbox fast. I was surpised at how much I spent reviewing my inbox.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think an improvement that Superhuman coudl make would be to categorize my completed emails. It is eady to search for them with the / but it would be helpful to have all communcaitons and items related to a topic or project in one place in my compelted folder.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are solving the issue that I struggled with the most, which is not a clear inbox, but a done inbox. It's confusing! I would have to leave emails in my inbox even though I had "dealt" with them becuase I either needed to come back to it or it was a reminder for something later on. This would cause me to spend time each day going through my inbox to ensure the ones in there had no aciton items, which takes up too much time.
