The best email app for email power users I have ever found.
What do you like best about the product?
So simple, no over the top features or design.
They invest in teaching you the keypresses, this alone adds so much speed to your personal workflow.

What do you dislike about the product?
Well it costs a small arm and leg each month, but I'll keep paying. The cost can be justifyed for those who are spending 1-2 hours per day on email as the time savings are huge.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Replacing my last email client (gmail), saving me tones of time with the fast command tools.
Saving time and improving organization with superhuman
What do you like best about the product?
Superhuman helps me to focus on what is important. Unecessary emails are automatically segregatedSuperhuman helps me to focus on what is important. Unnecessary emails are automatically segregated, the shortcut system makes me work much faster and helps to maintain the flow state.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel the lack of a checklist system that allows me to define prioritization levels, and the control of things that are not emails. A better integration with tools like todoist or (better) native functionalities would be perfect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Avoid distraction and raises productivity.
It quite literally changed my life with email. I can't recommend it enough.
What do you like best about the product?
The shiorcuts and how well thought through all the functionalities are. It has also changed how I feel about opening and interacting with my email inbox. And I love the scheduling ability.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I dislike. I guess theonly thing I would like them to add is the ability to see the times in which emailes were sent and not just the dates, in past dates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Speed, ease of use, and the ability ot fly through my emails without missing any important emailes. It makes my email experience easy and enjoyable. I can't imaginenot using Superhuman at this point.
Best email client and so much more
What do you like best about the product?
- Auto categorization of important vs calendar vs hubspot vs other - actually works in a business context
- Ability to set status for emails done/reminder/etc
- Snippets for my calendar
- Onboarding call

What do you dislike about the product?
I literally cant think of anything.
It feels like a life upgrade from my old gmail setup.
It already has thought of problems I have been facing in keeping good inbox hygine, and provided a solution.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Keep track of most important deals and those threads and conversations
- Allows me to respond to the highest priority conversations first
- Speeding up my workflow by 3x (conservatively)

I don't know how I ever worked without Superhuman!
What do you like best about the product?
What I do in my business, relies on email communications and Superhuman has changed the way I work. Its so much more than email client, since its become my work schedule/calendar/organizer. I triage every email taking seconds per item instead of what took way too much time before.
Superhuman is clean and there are no distracting lists; columns; options etc...once you have the few powerful keystrokes down, that control everything, your workday is trimmed down so there's more time to work on other important matters...and its as functional on my iPhone as it is on my desktop so I am using the same tools wherever I am.
'Snippets' is the best text expander ever. I thin I have about 75-100 of them and know their shortcuts (that I created) off the top of my head. It allows me to add info in the body of my emails that I would normally spend too much time retyping into so many of the emails I send. I can compose redundant email responses once and instantly paste them in seconds with a keystroke command, sending the information on its way, time after time. Sending a customer's quote takes seconds now, instead of way too much time, per request.
Scheduled emails, allow you to put your correspondence in someone's inbox when you want it to arrive, so you're at the top of the stack when they open up their mail. You can also see when (and how many times) someone has opened your email. Very helpful when time is of the escence, which is almost always.
I pay for Superhuman myself, because its that important to me.
You must try it once and I can promise that 2 weeks in, you'll wonder how you did with out it.
Last, but not the least by far, Superhuman's customer support is amazing! They are humans; fast to respond with a great attitude; know their product very well; always friendly and more than willing to help.

What do you dislike about the product?
Eventhough I run all of my business email through google mail, I wish they could accommodate apple mail.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Anything that was complicated about email is now easy as a result of using Superhuman. It makes my workday fly by. I can not be more serious about this.
Good experience but expensive
What do you like best about the product?
Makes going through my inbox fast and easy; I like the reminder feature the most which allows me to come back to emails later on
What do you dislike about the product?
The price! I find it way too expensive and am considering churning. I also find the calendar integrations frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes going through my inbox more efficient - can get to inbox 0 quickly which gives me more mental space
Super power your email productivity
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to organise my inbox and quickly filter what I need to act on now vs respond to later. The return to inbox feature is something I love - I use it all the time to remind myself to followup or surface pertinent information at the right time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do think the price is a bit steep as an individual user, but I love it so much I can't imagine going back to my old email client. I would appreciate shortcuts to automate calendar invites and scheduling.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Superhuman helps you to quickly filter what's important, make sure you never forget to respond or followup, and get to inbox zero for peace of mind.
It's excellent
What do you like best about the product?
- The team at Superhuman have thought about UI/UX required to create a great email experience
- It's fast
- It creates efficiency
- It introduces tools to help you become optimal
- The "splits" are very useful to categorise and split mails into different sections
- The automatic filtering is very effective and accurate
- The Android app works incredibly well and improves the speed of getting through mail
- It supports multiple Gmail accounts, so you can use the same Superhuman account for a business and personal email address
- The shortcuts have been well thought out (they have similarities to VIM for all the coders out there)
- There is a lot of functionality out of the box.

What do you dislike about the product?
- The cost is high. However, I have used multiple other products and in the long run, you are getting a premium service here.
- Gmail plugins can't be used. If you would like to use a plugin/extension/etc from Gmail, it won't work. So you have to rely on Superhuman to implement that functionality, which could mean you will never have that functionality. However, I think they provide the functionality I have needed and I haven't really had a problem here apart from Markdown support which I'm okay with.

- Getting through emails quickly and efficiently
- Allowing me to focus on work and being productive instead of figuring out which emails I need to address by when

No more forgetting to action emails!
What do you like best about the product?
When you're busy you tend to forget to action important emails. I love how you can get reminders for certain emails so that you can action them in your own time.
What do you dislike about the product?
If there are a lot of messages back and forth with multiple parties I can sometimes miss responses ie it becomes hard to follow the conversation. I'd like an option to turn "conversational" messages off.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To reduce the number of emails in my inbox, have emails appear at a later date so that they actually get actioned and organise the emails in easily accessible folders.
An email superapp for busy C-level execs
What do you like best about the product?
Speed. It's sharp, it's instant.
Also, I'm a nerd so I love the poweruser shortkeys used for everything.
