I am consistently on top of every facet of my workday, from critical conversations to impending events. I love the way you can split your inboxes by filters / labels. I can quickly tab between filters and organize every email by task.

I was never able to take FULL advantage of my email until Superhuman. I literally can not go back (sad to say, but at this point I would drop $100's on Superhuman)

Sleek, Professional UI: The professional, sleek, and minimalist user interface exudes sophistication. Every time I launch my inbox, I'm met with a sense of empowerment and pride. I even enjoy taking screenshots and NOT seeing gmail or apple inbox lol.

Anxiety Reduction: Superhuman has effectively mitigated my email-related anxiety. No longer do I struggle with overwhelming backlogs or endless to-do lists. I truly always feel like I can manage my workload and have full confidence I will FEEL good, while doing it.

In essence, Superhuman has redefined what an email tool can be. It's a transformative force that's amplified my productivity, streamlined my workflow, and ultimately allowed me to excel in my professional AND personal endeavors.

What do you dislike about the product?

Nothing, the product is unreal except one to two bugs I reported. I WILL MAKE CLEAR -- this is a power-user product. Learn the shortcuts or it will be frustrating and a little fast. Especially for mobile.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

My entire work flow -- end to end anything to do with email or communication and scheduling.

The ablility to clear my inbox, and really absorb what the content is

I am not as good at the key commands as I would like.

email was getting lost ALL THE TIME. I now see EVERY email and TOUCH every email. It has made me look sooooo much more on top of the workload.

The interface is intuitive and easy to use.

The price point is high. I also wish it was easier to tag e-mails.

A built-in AI text generator speeds up e-mail writing.

It's speed and ease of use. The keyboard shortcuts and snippets function are a game changer. I also think the Split inbox is genius, it allows me to control how I get through email on a daily basis

The cost is the only real downside, and while I appreciate it's not massively expensive. a € a day, there are other options which are free or inexpensive. That being said I won't be moving away from Superhuman.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Getting through the sheer quantity of daily/hourly emails that I receive. This gives me more time to get the essential, and more often the more pressing elements, of my job done on time.

It is the only email management I have ever tried that's truly save time and help you manage your emails and communications better. Once you try it once you see the value I don't think you will ever imagine your life without it

Making managing email as easy as it should be

What do you like best about the product?

I love the speed of the shortcuts and ease of answering emails, and the ability to set a reminder to answer an email while setting it out of the way. I am not only more reliable and responsive to people I communicate with, but I also manage to actually read non-urgent but valuable newsletters, offers, etc. It doesn't just save time, it helps me do things I would not have done at all with a traditional email client.

What do you dislike about the product?

Finding previous conversations I need to revisit can be a bit harder than with a regular client, but the search function is overall great and I don't mind it a lot.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Superhuman gets rid of inbox clutter and makes sure I don't forget to answer important emails. The keyboard shortcuts make the experience a lot smoother than any other client.

What do you like best about the product?

Superhuman just makes it far easier to process that seemingly never-ending flow of emails into your inbox; cleaner, less cluttered interface, far more intuitive keyboard shortcuts for everything you need to do, and support like you'd forgotten support could be 😊

What do you dislike about the product?

Only downside so far (other than getting used to paying for an email client 🙄) is that to use the much wider range of available keyboard shortcuts means there is a bit of a learning curve; however, their excellent unboarding process & super-clear labelling of options leads you by the hand.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Greatly reduces the time I spend processing emails, which is a huge plus in my book; I'm finally managing to get far closer to only reading emails once and dealing with them accordingly.

The support team is really great.

It can effectively deal with a very large number of email accounts.

Offline mode workers seamlessly.

Very fast.

Convenient control for delayed sending and for reminders.

Very, very, very limited formatting.

There are only two themes, so it is hard to tell at a glance which account I am using.

Poor use of screen real estate and no control over it.

No way to set reminder on a per recipient basis.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Handling multiple gmail accounts.

Working offline.

Having my late-night emails have a normal business hours time stamp on them.

Reminders for people that haven't answered my emails.

What do you like best about the product?

This tool is perfect for users who need to write a large number of "polite" emails that include contextual answers within a message thread. It features a super clean design and is designed to help declutter your inbox as quickly as possible.

What do you dislike about the product?

So far, the only drawback is the price, which is a little expensive. That being said, I find it worth paying for because it saves me time and mental effort every week.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It significantly speeds up the execution of common actions, such as snoozing, moving, adding reminders, and replying all, thanks to intensive keyboard use. Additionally, the integration with generative AI for text makes it a perfect companion for writing beautiful and well-crafted messages, reducing communication issues and eliminating noise (e.g., replies from lost colleagues, misunderstandings, etc.).

What do you like best about the product?

It's the same key strokes for every mail client, it keeps it simple and means you only have to learn it once. It helps me focus my inbox quickly to just the things that I have to take action on.

What do you dislike about the product?

It definitely makes things simpler, but if you already have a zero inbox practice the advantages it offers are less. It's a great way to start learning how to triage emails better, but the speed advantage is less important to me because of my current workflow. That doesn't mean I'm going to swtich off their service though!

Simplifies the experience of triaging email.
