Super smart and fast email client
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to set reminders for follow ups. Keyboard shortcuts that are fast and easy. Good tooltips

Not being able to customize keyboard setup and calendar (first day of the week )

Smart follow-ups and being more mindful of emails
Amazing tool for people with too much email and too many email accounts
What do you like best about the product?
The workflow is incredibly streamlined and allows me to consistently get to inbox zero, even when dealing high volumes of email. I also very much appreciate that I have one client for both my Gmail accounts and Outlook accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't really any downsides. It's superior to the native clients in every way that matters to me. The only deficiencies I've encountered are also issues in the native clients. eg. Archiving very large volumes of email doesn't always work in Superhuman and in Gmail.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Primarily, it solves the problem of receiving too much email.
Secondarily, it solves the problem of needing to use multiple Gmail and/or Outlook accounts.
The benefit in both cases is saving me time and reducing my stress.
I can typically get to Inbox Zero most days and no longer miss important emails.

Still evaluating, I love what I see so far
What do you like best about the product?
Superhuman is a very fast interface for people who are bombarded with messages, and inundated with market and trash email. I am unclear about the workflow for follow ups because it conflicts with Dex, a tool I use to track engagement with clients, recruiters and customers, so the built-in reminders in superhuman end up duplicating effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it integrated with my contacts. I already provided access to my google account, so all my contacts should be accessible in order to be able to write an email to somone I do not have an email in the inbox from.

What do you like best about the product?
It has lightened my mental and emotional load around email communication exponentially. I no longer feel guilty about my timeline for responses—I simply set a reminder and don't think about the message until the reminder comes up.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app isn't quite as helpful to me as the desktop app. I wish the AI tools were available on mobile, along with the smarts around events.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping me stay organized when the people I am working with are disorganized with their approach to email communication. I can stay focused and take care of what I'm responsible for, even if information is emailed in a chaotic way.
Makes getting through a busy inbox a breeze!
What do you like best about the product?
It's the first time I have looked forward to a packed inbox of unread messages. I like that it makes it very easy to decide what to do with any give email.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that I can't access my full calendar while repsonding to an email and it's hard to compose a new message while in the middle reading an email.

I've struggled with not responding to things because I feel overwhelmed. Stale inbox. Superhuman gives me a way to take some action even if it is to delay my response.

Ctrl-K function to quickly search for the shortcut I need (great learning tool)

It was a little overwhelming at first, pretty significant departure from the way I normally check email

The shortcuts and efficiencies, solving for reminders, tasks, etc instead of third party apps (siri, trello, etc)

What do you like best about the product?
Its beautiful design, easy to use interface, and lean email managment

No complaints so far. Getting used to all the hotkeys takes some time.

The best app I discovered in 2023
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Superhuman is its clean interface and also the shortcuts. I think the best discovery was the Snippets, which I can use from my phone. I no longer have to carry the files on my devices!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see any disadvantage, but I don't like receiving so many emails from the Superhuman team. Especially because they contain things I already know and tips that are no longer necessary.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ease of reading emails and responding to or scheduling them.

What do you like best about the product?
Superhuman works exactly as advertised. It's blazingly fast, and there's a keyboard shortcut for everything. Superhuman solves all my frustrations with Gmail. It just works. And it works even better than expected.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any real complaints about Superhuman. It works better in my browser than in its standalone app.

I was spending too much time in Gmail every day, and Gmail moved too slowly. Superhuman is blazing fast, and its split inboxes and endless keyboard shortcuts solved all my problems.
Beautiful Email Client that changes the paradigm of how emails are handled.

Superhuman does away with the concept of read/unread and replaces it with Done and Postpone to get you to 0. I used to forget about emails and then didnt answer. This client helps me to nolonger do this.

What do you dislike about the product?
It is not as tightly integrated into the google ecosystem as gmail. e.g. large attachments dont automatically convert to drive links, and if I only write emails in superhuman, it doesnt add it to google contacts, resulting in missing email auto complete features in google calendar.

I dont forget about emails that I just quickly glanced at before because it doesnt move them into done. Further the keyboard short cuts are so fast, that i find myself actually using remind features
