Revolutionary
What do you like best about the product?
The speed and ease of use makes going through email super fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to dislike. The only slight disadvantage is that there is no unified inbox.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helping me solve the problem that email creates

I don't forget to reply to emails anymore. Everything is quick and intuitive.

What do you like best about the product?
The way e-mail tracking and read receipts are implemented are so well done, and recently improved upon - in a way that makes using any other e-mail client not viable. The best!
What do you dislike about the product?
They don't have native Apple Watch support, or a truly native Mac app (the current one is clearly using wrappers) which hold use back on both platforms. So badly wish they would embrace them both.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to quickly stay on top of business connections as well as track messages that have already been sent out into the world.

The ease of use and consistent product improvements have made it so that clearing inboxes and staying organized has never been easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
For more non-technical users, the ease of use might be a tad more difficult.

Ability to stay on top of all relevant communications via multiple platforms
Superhuman has completely revolutionized my daily working experience.
What do you like best about the product?
The "do later" feature has completely freed me up to do the creative work that's most important. I was constantly making sure I wasn't missing something or getting lost in my never ending to do list. I know have the flexibility to get things done at the time they need to be completed.
I have become WILDLY more productive with the time not doom scrolling to see what I still need to do.

What do you dislike about the product?
Reading threads isn't as easy as it is in gmail. I have occasionally got lost in a thread or it expands to an amount that makes it hard to reference what is above.
I think the calendar could use a smidge of development as well. As someone who looks after multiple client's calendar, it'd be helpful to have a bit of thoughtful organization there.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Freeing me up to do creative work. I now have time where my inbox isn't cluttered so that I can focus on work that moves the needle.
I also do a lot of work that is time sensitive and knowing if someone has read my email or not puts me at ease and knows it's getting handled or not.
I also do a lot of cold reach out to potential partners. Knowing they've opened it saves them from multiple follow ups / frees up my mind knowing they have seen it and are getting to it.

Made for power users; my whole team doesn't like it.

Great at managing my inbox to get to zero everyday. Allows me to stay organized with needed communication.

Productivity! Superhuman improved your productivity drastically! It is insane!
I use it daily, constantly, it's addicitive. Didn't know emailing could be so fun
It's easy to implement new things. Such as snippets, calendar events.
The customer support are so efficient. They must be using super human as well.
Recently the integration between Google calendar and outlook calendar was amazing. I didn't ask for it but it was given!

You cannot export an email and attached it to another.

Faster response
Must-have. Having peace of mind/ no more e-mail overload

No more email overload, I control my inbox instead of inbox controlling me...

Agenda integration could be better. Pricey (30 EUR/month), but it's worth it.

Time management and piece of mind/ enhanced productivity- no more email-stress, can focus on more useful stuff...

It's bloody fast. The commands are well thought-out.

There is a clear lack of customization, in terms of filters, colors, etc.
