Super helpful for TONS of emails
What do you like best about the product?
If you get tons of emails a day. Superhuman never overwhelms you and gets you focused on the important emails worth getting taken care of. Also, the learning curve is easy with the onboarding specialist spending time to get you started.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was more customizable options for shortcuts. For example, instead of hitting CMD-SHIFT-(ANY KEY) - I wish I could customize the shortcut to do ALT-F.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making email work for ME. Getting productivity at all-time highs
Superhuman is a Must.
What do you like best about the product?
Inbox 0 every week, the relief when you are done is inmense. the reminders are also pretty useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I whish we could hide the right panel, to have a more focused view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Uncluttering the inbox.
2. Never missing a task or a meeting
3. Context Switching.
4. Indexing.

Superhuman is excellent and speeds up my workflow dramatically
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to hide emails until I need them to pop back up
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the mobile app is a little glitchy for me
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Superhuman helps me focus on what I'm working on in any given moment, without needing to think about everything else. I use it to manage my to-do lists, in addition to my email.
It's a great app but expensive
What do you like best about the product?
Super fast and intuitive especially with the commands
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly would not pay for an email app. But referrals got me a few free months so I'm happy
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I enjoy optimizing my life and superhuman is more optimized than browser gmail
Great experience, but won't pay $30 for it personally
What do you like best about the product?
Snappy, keyboard shortcuts, overall clean experience
What do you dislike about the product?
Some issues with contact syncing, search at times misses things and requires opening Gmail. Overall hard to justify $30 _for me_ but mostly letting it run since company's covering cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
None _significantly_. I'll probably get as much done directly via Gmail, saves a little time with the experience but not major.
Makes email management more efficient AND MORE FUN
What do you like best about the product?
LOVE the intuitive commands (the reminders specifically are UNREAL) and I love that I can add rules to easily siphon emails off into categories. It helps me to manage my time better and the email search function is SO MUCH BETTER than gmail's.
Each time I use a new/less commonly used shortcut I feel a little seratonin boost.
It's also got the best onboarding experience from any software product I've ever used.

What do you dislike about the product?
I don't LOVE the mobile app, but feel like it's a great base to build a powerful mobile email tool off of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me be way more efficient in my email management and my inbox has never been so clean for so long. I'm probably saving 30 minutes a day.
Finally a mail app for power users.
What do you like best about the product?
Super fast, shortcut driven with command center for power users.
What do you dislike about the product?
You have to use it daily to remember all the shortcuts and commands.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Avoid missing emails like in Gmail.
Easy to navigate multiple accounts. One client to rule them all.

No longer hate checking your emails.
What do you like best about the product?
When using gmail I would spend approximately 30 minutes every morning simply going through my email. Figuring out what to reply to and what was spam. Superhuman has not only cut that time down to 10 min. max. It has made responses easier. With snippets, I don't have to write out every answer. With split inboxes I know who is a priority right of the bat. Time is money in my industry and superhuman has already paid for itself several times. The new AI feature is true convience for when the coffee hasn't kicked in just yet.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, some of the pictures. But I could care less haha
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reducing time in my email. Timely responses to clients and allied resources. Bettering my email verbage. Helping me never miss a response to an email. Keeping my email organized.
An email experience that will really impact your life
What do you like best about the product?
The speed at which you can deal with emails is unprecedented, mainly because of the emphasis on keyboard shortcuts. It's also much better in handling multiple email accounts and vastly better than doing Gmail in browser tabs.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's very little to complain about. Perhaps if you weren't into keyboard shortcuts you'd be at a relative disadvantage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I felt inundated with emails, frustrated by multiple Gmail tabs, and just loathed any email-related task.
Increased Efficiencies and Stellar Task Management
What do you like best about the product?
Superhuman makes me feel, well.... like I'm Superhuman! I know that sounds corny, but it's true. Being able to quickly review, filter, and sort emails with just a click of a button means I'm not distracted by constantly reviewing my inbox and trying to decide on what to tackle first. I easily prioritize my day and check things off as I go. And it always feel good acheiving "inbox zero," which is made possible by the "remind me" feature built into the platform
They also have an incredible onboarding team. I attended two live webinars (where my questions were answered completely), and even met with one of the webinar hosts 1:1 to sort through my organization's use case and workflow to see if we are a good fit. On top of that, I still receive a daily tip via email (which I've sorted into a dedicated "Split" in my inbox. These emails teach me a new trick each day, and they format the content so that you can test it right away. Awesome way to learn!

What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing currently missing for my team is the integration with HubSpot for logging and tracking emails. However, this is on their roadmap, and I'm hoping to be a part of the Beta testing team!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used to be bogged down in my email every day, constantly scrollin through them trying to pick and choose what to do next. But Superhuman helps me easily organize messages and even kick ones out to come back around and remind me of the task at a later, more appropriate, date.
