What do you like best about the product?
I love the sleek modern design and the colorful photo I get rewarded with when my inbox is cleared.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price is a bit high, I wish it could be cheaper.

Fast, intuitive, clean experience

What do you like best about the product?
I like how fast it is. The shortcuts and features are very intuitive. The interface is clean. I can easily get overwhelmed with email, but the way Superhuman is set up (especially with the split inboxes) makes it easier to stay on top of what's important and triage the rest.
What do you dislike about the product?
2 things I would love:

1. Pause Inbox. This is a feature of Boomerang that I really liked. The ability to pause any incoming emails until a set time.

2. You can schedule an email reminder to return to you later (super handy if you send an email and want to remind yourself to ping the person again in a couple days if you didn't get a reply). But I would like to be able to add a note to that if possible. i.e. "Check and make sure John watched the video I sent him."
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Faster to get through email, which saves me time.
Simple interface so it doesn't feel so overwhelming.
Split inbox so my important messages are always front and center and don't get lost in the mix of newsletters, etc.
Ability to schedule appts right within Superhuman.
Ability to set reminders to go back and keep convos moving, even if someone didn't reply.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the keyboard shortcuts for processing emails fast!
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to see which tab i'm on that represents the email account. I switch between email accounts and tried the dark mode, but was too intense on my eyes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
processing and understanding email in a better way. I'm now able to spend only a second or two on each email, quickly marking it as done or resending for a later date. This is incredibly useful!

Superhuman is the Definition of Productivity Enhancement

What do you like best about the product?
I have used Superhuman for over 2 years, and the training is unparalleled, as well as the phenomenal customer support when I have questions. Being able to navigate my email with my keyboard and ZERO mouse clicks. The instantaneous loading of everything under 100ms. The ease of access. The userfriendliness with the keyboard shortcuts. The ability to hit ctrl + k and type in whatever I want to do with instant recommendations. Never having to wait for emails to load. The ability to remind myself to reply to emails, and forgetting that I set the reminder, and then being reminded. The ability to schedule emails at 2am for the next morning so I don't look unprofessional. The ability to see when someone reads & opens an email, an infinite number of times, and knowing what type of device they are on and also knowing that nobody can else has the ability to see when I open or read an email.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. I kid you not, there is nothing I dislike about Superhuman.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Slow loading times. Having to click multiple things to get to where I want to go. Navigating my email without using my mouse. Being able to schedule emails and reminders to respond to emails in the future.

No downsides at all - can't recommend SH enough!

What do you like best about the product?
I can jam through my inbox faster than ever before...clearing headspace for important work.
What do you dislike about the product?
I still have to go into Google Calendar to make modifications to events.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows me to quickly clear my inbox which allows me to focus on important to dos without getting dragged down by emails.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy of use, gamification, fast reply, shortcuts. Just 5 mins and it's ready to work.

Maybe it's a little bit expensive but it's worth it.

What do you like best about the product?
Superhuman is incredibly easy to use. It actually makes writing and fielding emails enjoyable (as it can get). I recommend it to everyone. I'll never go back to Gmail.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing I wish I could do is view my team member's calendars in the calendar function. Then I could do away with G cal. Otherwise, it's awesome!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't have to use Gmail. It's fast. It's simple.
