What do you like best about the product?
Very lean design. I feel happy everytime open this app
What do you dislike about the product?
I want to merge all 3 of my Google emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Separated my Emails and helped me list the priority.

What do you like best about the product?
The offline mode is incredible when traveling. The key clicks and remind feature, makes it incredible to navigate through everything seamlessly and fast. I use it every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the mobile app is lacking and could use more features. Also integration with ChatGPT would be ideal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time. Remembering task. Automated email response and forwarding.

What do you like best about the product?
Setting reminders for emails for a few days or months later, and also using shortcuts for everything. It makes going through emails 10x faster. Also, I got used to shortcuts easily because most are worldwide keyboard shortcuts, and the onboarding helped me understand the additional features quite quickly!
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly it's such a minor thing but sometimes my email threads are super long and I have two difficulties: 1) After scrolling through emails, being able to find where the latest email was 2) Finding a word in a chain of emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have a lot of tasks that require my attention but it's impossible to get to them every day. With SH, I don't miss a single reply because I can postpone or time the emails.
I also write so many emails a day, and the biggest need I had was to keep track of emails I haven't received replies for. That's no longer an issue, so nothing falls through the cracks.

What do you like best about the product?
I get through my inbox 10 times quicker, am better at follow up, and am able to match the urgency my business needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hard to see schedules for multiple people when scheduling from app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remembering to follow up with people! Getting to inbox 0 almost every day.

What do you like best about the product?
The interface. The standard Gmail UI via web is, well not great. Superhuman is an elegant interface that helps me organize multiple accounts, removes the depths of the never ending thread, and seamlessly allows me to move between accounts, calendars and to do's.
What do you dislike about the product?
The search function could be better, easier to drill down. Also creating splits is not as clean and simple as it should be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The simplified threads (text style) is more up to date with our expecations for communications.

want an integration feature into an airtable for all contacts you have from email, cant make updates to calendar invites have to go into google

What do you like best about the product?
The inbox zero is the most appreciative thing! You can't deal with something right now, just schedule the email to pop up at a better time!
Sending email and set reminders if you don't hear anything in the appropriate time!
You are set up in a blink of a eye!
The support is there to reply in quick manner!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there would be more connection to the G-suite, to save files directly to Google drive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The inbox zero! Saving time with all the short cuts on the keyboard!

What do you like best about the product?
I love how much time Superhuman saves me! I get to inbox zero practically every day of the week. It saves so much time and I recommend it to our whole team. Their new AI features are actually super helpful too for drafting emails in my tone of voice. The team is always constantly innovating to make it better and simpler! Their customer support is always a delight to work with too (super fast!).
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Superhuman had more than 1 action undo functionality. Occasionally, I'll accidentally press the shortcut to archive a few emails twice and I don't catch the emails I archived. Since Superhuman organized archived/done emails in email send time order, it's hard to find an email I accidentally archived (especially if it had a send date of a few weeks ago). The app is amazing and this is my only gripe with being anxious I archived something important and can never find it again.

Making email super easy to process fast!
