My safe space
What do you like best about the product?
Superhuman is by far the best tool I have in my belt, the way this helps me run my day to day, it is beyond compare. So easy to setup, support team replies to your questions and suggestions super quick, I run this as my daily driver and I can't leave with out it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not sure how long it has been in the market, but would love to see some more integrations with Asana or other project manger tools
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving me time, cluttered inbox, scheduling, reminders, speed!
Great productivity tool
What do you like best about the product?
Makes my email experience productive and efficient
What do you dislike about the product?
it's a bit expensive but once you get used to the workflow, it's worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Inbox management and really just overall workflow
4000+ unread emails to 0
What do you like best about the product?
The keyboard shortcuts. You can really fly around the app when you getup to speed. I also love the email templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
By default, some emails go into the "Other" category when I would like them to go to "Important". I'm sure I can change this somewhere but I have not done so yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me stay on top of customer emails. I manage a process for my company which requires repetitive emails. Superhuman allows me to make templates for each stage of the process and greatly reduces the time to respond. It also helps me stay on top of my emails so I never miss a customer message.
The single most value-added tool I use all-day everyday
What do you like best about the product?
I use the desktop and mobile versions of Superhuman. I can tell you that it is truly named appropriately. I start my day with dozens (sometimes hundreds) of emails. I can triage most of them in mere minutes with tons of simple keyboard shortcuts and features like "Remind Me" that allows me to have the email out of sight until I am ready for it. I set it up in minutes on the day I decided to test it and never looked back. Their support team is quick to reply and cares about finding solutions, but honestly only reach out with suggestions or questions - not problems. An hour of my day never passes without my interaction with my email through Superhuman.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike - more about wishing for more. I would love to see a way to pause my inbox so I can focus on existing things without the distraction of new emails (except for senders I whitelist maybe), but that is maybe only something I need. Also, a tight hubspot integration would be very welcome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem of constant nagging emails that are sometimes important and time sensitive mixed with everything else. I work hard to detox my email by unsubscribing etc, but Superhuman gives me the tools to be an email master.
Makes email management a breeze
What do you like best about the product?
I love the shortcuts that help me achieve Inbox Zero every week. The customer support has always been highly responsive (not that I've needed to use it much). The implementation was smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much I dislike. Perhaps the only thing is that I sometimes find it tricky to find old emails using keywords, so I revert back to Gmail (briefly) to use certain filters in order to find past emails. I don't need to do this often.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes getting through emails faster which gives me more time back in my day and helps me stay on top of my work
Supercharged email. Faster, less stressful, more effective
What do you like best about the product?
Superhuman makes email a much more pleasant experience. It stips out all the BS (footers, etc.) so I can concentrate on what matters. You can do anything with keystrokes. It makes email instant, so it has more of a text-message-like feel. And there are power tools like read receipts.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve is not huge, but it's enough that you need to think "I need to learn this." That said, I don't know how it could be improved. Every power tool has a learning curve.
For example, I suspect the mobile app will be super helpful, but I haven't wrapped my head around it yet.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My email has exploded recently (I run 5 companies, including a startup). I'm finally able to feel like I'm keeping up.
Superhuman has changed my relationship with email for the better
What do you like best about the product?
I love Superhuman's split inbox feature. It allows me to stay focused on certain types of emails and easily jump from one inbox to another... and I have complete control on how I split my own inboxes. The hot keys are also a nice touch to be able to fly through emails and action them quickly. The ability to focus on one email at a time without distraction has helped me multi-task less and batch emails more effectively. I use it daily, it integrates with Outlook like a charm, and it was super easy to get started (although the hot keys took some practice).
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some features that I miss from Outlook when switching to Superhuman such as the ability to drag emails to my to-do list or my calendar to block time off. I also find downloading and finding attachments from Superhuman isn't always as easy or user-friendly as Outlook.
The one feature I hope they add is an "pause inbox" feature that stops emails from coming in altogether for a specified amount of time to take batching emails to the next level so I don't have to rely on willpower.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Superhuman helps me batch emails to certain times of the day and not have it open all day, every day. Once I'm in email, I'm more focused, and can get through my emails faster.
Superhuman saves me so much time!
What do you like best about the product?
The thing I love most about Superhuman are the shortcuts. My favourite is the reminder function - you can clear an email and set a date for it to come back into your inbox. Genius.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the emails in set folders (e.g. Important and Other) can get mixed up but this is a small problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Superhuman saves me and our employees time. It makes us more efficient!
Keyboard shortcuts for people who have a personal e-mail review/organizing system!
What do you like best about the product?
I have an very personal e-mail review and organizing system, and Superhuman has provided me with keyboard shortcuts to help me keep my inbox and archived emails organized!
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a bit of time to get used to the tool, but once I got used to it, it has helped immensely.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to organize my inbox by topic and subjects, and allows me to file emails without having to use my mouse (b/c of keyboard shortcuts)
Changes the game of email and makes it rewarding
What do you like best about the product?
Having used Superhuman for different emails for over a year with it's slick and fast UI I find that I'm referring it more often. It really makes email management and writing easier and keyboard shortcuts make you feel like a superhero (sometimes). I'm using the cmd+h reminders all the time and also really like foldering stuff for later retrieval. It really changes how you look email.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's bit pricey, but the time saved is worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reminders and labeling are the most used ones. In addition the automatic split of "Important" emails keeps me focused.
