Keyboard shortcuts + speed makes it great
What do you like best about the product?
Definitely the keyboard shortcuts and how fast it is.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like more design customizations for how the emails are shown. And would like to have the option to show an unified inbox.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making it easier to manage my email inboxes.
Best Decision I Have Ever Made!!!
What do you like best about the product?
The speed and effeciency in which i can get through my emails is absolutely amazing. I am forever an Inbox Zero person.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish i could select different calendars when making an event, i have calendars for meetings, office tasks, phone calls, emails etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
organization. I can label easily with a few strokes of the keyboard and find relevent threads easily.
Superhuman truly makes you feel like a super human
What do you like best about the product?
Superhuman, once learned, unleashes your ability to stay on top of everything. It's speed and ease-of-use allows you to quickly get things done. Because Superhuman is "fun" and feels like an almost gamification of email, it always stays on your mind and due to this, you're always thinking about email and you never let important items slip through the cracks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't yet seen anything I dislike. Everything they've done has been executed with excellence. I'm only limited by my willingness to learn and impliment, which is a "me" problem, not an issue with the product itself. Since my motivation is high, Superhuman matches my energy and then some.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Superhuman is freeing up my time due to it's "mouseless" working environment and speed of the software. Most importantly, it keeps me focused on email and is increasing my follow up and follow through so that nothing evades me anymore.
Very fast email client if you take the time to learn the keyboard shortcuts

I really enjoy being able to use Superhuman on Mac, iPhone and iPad with the same consistent user interface and keyboard shortcuts.

There is a learning curve for knowing the keyboard shortcuts, but they are worth it.

Processing my email faster
I love this amazing email client. So productive and easy to use. I’m much more effective!

Fast and built to provide execs and business functions to keep up with lots of tasks and emails. Great service as well.

Many productivity features and shortcuts.

It solves handling massive amounts of incoming emails.
Decluttering my email and mind
What do you like best about the product?
Superhuman has been one of the most useful productivity tool I have used. I use it many times daily. And love the shortcuts. I even got my team members to use it. I love it and am sure any one who gets 40+ emails a day would love it too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their customer support is fairly responsive - not best, but definitely among the best. I think the problem is that a significant sum of features are still not there on mobile app. Features parity between email client and mobile app would be great.

It helps me not miss my emails. Which is a big deal given I miss many of them.
snippets rule my life!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the keyboard shortcuts and the snippets. The AI responder is also SO USEFUL, I use it almost daily

You can't create snippets on mobile or use the AI features on mobile, which is a huge bummer

As a founder constantly trying to stay on top of my inbox, Superhuman is truly a life saver.
What do you like best about the product?
I finally feel like I have control over my inbox and has had an impact on my responsiveness and overall productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
Calendar feature!! When I need to check out my sched/get on calls, I wish I could just go to a Superhuman calendar.
Also, when I'm scheduling calendar invites with other teammates from email, I wish I could more easily see their calendars while trying to find a time. Sometimes I can get to view their cals, other times I just get frustrated and go straight to my cal.

Feels like an email to-do list - can easily manage and prioritize inbox, separate important vs. not important emails, make sure my team is on top of responding to emails.

What do you like best about the product?
Super efficient, multiple inboxes in one app, really intuitive keyboard shortcuts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish there was a notes app, that you could edit events from the calendar in superhuman, and that highlight a date/ time > schedule event on Gcal (for iPhone use).

Time spent on email > so much faster with shortcuts.

The best experience, with a big price tag
What do you like best about the product?
It is not just an app, they also include greater customer service and help to discover and adapt to the best email experience for your use-case.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricetag, but I get my employeer to pay, so its all good!

Get to inbox zero asap, minimize wasted time and improve productivity. Also, no email gets lost
