What do you dislike about the product?
nothing. I love every single feature about it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it's solving the way we do inbox zero and making it more efficient to go through emails
Does the Job of Clearing the Inbox
What do you like best about the product?
I do like the follow-up/reminder feature the most. I hate letting things fall through the cracks, so I'd end up keeping emails in my inbox to follow up on later, but then just forgetting about them because there were so many. With Superhuman, I am able to push every email I need to follow up on to a certain point in the future so it's out of my way and off my shoulders. It's only there when I need it to be.
I use Superhuman every day, but I find I need to go back to Outlook.com a few times a day to use contacts, the calendar, and to see certain attachments, like .eml files. I understand Superhuman is an email client, but I do miss the integration of the Microsoft Office products sometimes and cannot entirely cut the cord.

What do you dislike about the product?
The price. I understand software is expensive to make, but I dislike the subscription model in general. Several hundred dollars a year for an email interface is too much in my opinion. I can get many of the same features from Chrome plugins or Outlook.com native features, albeit not as wrapped as neatly as Superhuman. Superhuman also doesn't have certain features that I can get from Outlook.com, such as reading attached outlook emails (.EML files) within the software, previewing Office files, like excel and word, and creating an calendar item from an email. The calendar interface is also not as rich as Outlook.com. I am saying "Outlook.com" because that is an entirely different email interface than Outlook the desktop client, by the way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has solved the problem I had of a massive pile of email follow up tasks and reminders sitting and gathering dust for months in my inbox.
Superhuman is a game-changer
What do you like best about the product?
Superhuman is an incredible product that increases my response speed 3x. I have also found it much easier to tackle to-dos in an organized and systemized way.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found a down-side to using superhuman.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Superhuman helps me stay on top of tasks and to-dos
Goodbye Chaotic Inboxes
What do you like best about the product?
You only need to hit cmd + u once to feel all-powerful with this email app. It absolutely saves me at least 30 minutes a day (more on Mondays and Fridays) and, more importantly, makes me feel in control of my inbox, rather than controlled by it.
It's clear and intuitive, and the obviously have one of the most thoughtful product teams out there. From the guided onboarding to the simplicity of learning the new behaviours, it's genuinely really powerful. It's a five-minute investment to set up, and the customer support is 10/10.
I use it daily and (almost) look forward to clearing out my emails. The longer I use it, the more meaningful my email inbox has become.

What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile apps are some of the best - but not *quite* as good as the desktop app. This isn't a knock, they've got a hella complex problem to solve - and they're doing an amazing job. Just want a smidge more attention to that experience, or maybe user training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving time and easing the chaos.
Absolute GAME changer!
What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love the remind me later feature. I was trying to rely on marking unread or pinning important emails in my inbox and then would always forget about them. Now the program simply pops them up at the top of my email!
What do you dislike about the product?
The app crashes a bit -- especially on my phone. It's prob the only real negative.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am much more efficient and responsive to internal and external stakeholders. I also can do a quick email check if I'm out of the office and send a reminder to myself for the important emails.
Powerful filtering and help with time management.
What do you like best about the product?
I never managed to get anywhere close to inbox zero with gmail, no matter how many extensions I tried. Superhuman has super smart and intuitive filtering that helped me not only clear my inbox but also surface important messages I had missed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the shortcuts require a bit of onboarding to master. The mobile app uses the opposite shortcuts of the native Gmail app, which trips me up still.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Superhuman saves me time spent on my email inbox by filtering out the less important messages.
A PA for your inbox
What do you like best about the product?
Scheduling and booking meetings!! Like the rest of the world, I have a booking link with mixed results. In Outlook, you have to bounce from calendar to email. Superhuman allows you to check the calendar as you type the day, book the meeting from the same screen, and invite ALL the participants from the email with one click.
Also, the daily tips emails are great and really help you learn the product without being overwhelming, meaning it's easy to get up and running.

What do you dislike about the product?
The feature above is currently only on desktop.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a founder, I am time-poor, and I get a lot of email emails.
Superhuman for the regular person...
What do you like best about the product?
Neat, modern clean interface that encourages you to an Inbox Zero methodology. This has been good for me to get on top of my email backlog over the Christmas break, and into the start of this business year. Time will tell if it works longer term.
Customer Support have been very resposive and "human" in their replies.
My business email was already based on Google Suite - and so getting going with SuperHuman was a cinch. There is a learning curve in terms of the commands you use to process email, but nothing that a little bit of use won't get you though. And the interface leads you constantly to help you learn.

My biggest bugbear at the moment is that, for a tool that is built around productivity and getting things done quickly and efficiently, when you hit reply to a message, your reply is appended to the bottom of the chain and as such the top half of your screen (the message your replying to ) shows you the end of that message - typcially the signature of the person who sent it to you.
Great. I want to see the _Top_ of the message I'm replying to as it's this that gives us the context we're replying in. This is mitigated somewhat by the "pop out" reply box, but this in unavailable on mobile/ipad - where I end up doing a lot of my work.... Very frustrating and time inefficient.
I also find, in the default white theme, tha divisions between messages in a thread arent clear enough - especially where some of the emails have a lot of previous emails in the thread quoted. Very quickly you can lose you place.

Getting through a lot of email quickly, and managing the "todo list" of mail.
Superhuman radically speeds up email processing time....pretty remarkable!
What do you like best about the product?
Processing email with keyboard shortcuts instead of using my mouse has been transformative and it took almost no time to get up to speed. The amount of time it takes to clear my inbox has been dramatically reduced and the processing time my assistant used to spend filing emails is almost completely gone.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest drawback I've found it's not as easy to format the appearance of emails as it is in Outlook, so there are some emails that I still use Outlook. Not very often, but there are some emails that I'm very particular about the formatting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I get a lot of email and processing it takes more time that I'd like.
Using the keyboard shortcuts has increased my speed dramatically so I can get in, get back to Inbox Zero, and then get back out to do my work.

Reclaiming Your Time with Superhuman
What do you like best about the product?
In general...i hate email. Email and meetings are the worst. I love that this is helping me to get time back. I'm not exaggerating when I say I get 150+ emails per day and there have been times I have worked a 19hr day bc I feel the need to get through all the topics in my inbox for fear of missing something major.
Also... I talk entirely too much, as you can tell, and I sometimes need something to help shut me up and work faster.
As for the technical...
The integration into our primary email app (Gmail) is fantastic. I used outlook moreso at my last job and am glad this support is there, but I have yet to test that integration yet. That said, the standalone app runs very well.
I appreciate the hotkey guidance. I used to work in audio production and became very hotkey dependent and this is helping me to get back to that mentality with email.
The AI support is clutch, especially when you're writing an email that you need help with (be it reduction of emotional content, reduction of message length, or simply content generation). But even better is the AI summary of long threads. This is a massive time-saver and helps to be focused on the primary points.
Inbox splitting is a huge help. I can quickly and easily see emails on certain topics or from certain people that are considered higher priority.
Lastly, the minimalistic design really aids in staying focused, minimizing unnecessary cognitive shifts between topics, and keeping unwanted stimuli out of the way.
Oh. Also, their team is phenomenal. They are responsive and communicative whether it's about feedback or questions or whatever.

What do you dislike about the product?
This has taken an adjustment. I previously filed everything into certain folders or labels. It was a HUGE time investment but I knew where to go for anything. Instead, I am now archiving topics im finished with and, if something comes up that was prevkiusly archived.l, I search for it. This can consume some time and is tough to acclimate to. I'm adjusting, but it does make me nervous admittedly. Everything is still there, depending on your company's retention policy, but it can be a bit of a challenge to find that exact email sometimes.
AI is also a bit stiff and I'm still learning how to give it 'my voice.' once I can have this thing writing like I do, it's going to be hard to commit to writing anything myself, but we're not there yet.

It's helping me to work in a different way that is more efficient and productive. It saves me valuable time.
