What do you like best about the product?
It makes triaging and answering emails a treat. It's truly fun and this comes from someone who has used emails for almost 30 years.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's EXPENSIVE at $30/mo. But, if you receive valuable emails and spend a lot of time in your email box, it's absolutely worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Zero-Inbox for the first time ever!

  • June 03, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It has incredibly fast shortcuts and a straightforward archive and search feature that makes it extremely easy to zero-out my inbox. Additionally the ease and speed of the "remind me" feature has made it possible, as someone with multiple inboxes, to zero-out my inbox's for the first time in my life. This is an astounding product.
What do you dislike about the product?
As someone who writes in multiple languages the autocorrect often defaults back to English, even if multiple languages are toggled. This is a frustrating feature but not a deal breaker.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was having trouble zeroing out my inbox, no more!

The Future of Email

  • June 03, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Absolutely transformative—Superhuman is the future of email. I've been using it for a few months now, and it has completely revolutionized the way I manage my inbox. The speed is unparalleled; it's lightning-fast and the user interface is sleek and intuitive.

What sets Superhuman apart is its powerful shortcuts and automation features. I've cut down the time I spend on email by at least 50%, thanks to the efficiency and seamless integration of tools like calendar scheduling and follow-up reminders. The focus on productivity is evident in every aspect of the app, from the quick command interface to the distraction-free mode.

The read statuses and insights provide an extra layer of control and understanding over my communications. The onboarding experience was exceptional—personalized and insightful, making sure I got the most out of the platform from day one.

Superhuman has set a new standard for email clients, making it indispensable for anyone looking to optimize their workflow and reclaim valuable time. Highly recommended!
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Superhuman email:

1. **High Cost**: The subscription fee is quite steep, making it less accessible for everyone.
2. **Steep Learning Curve**: The numerous shortcuts and features can be overwhelming initially.
3. **Limited Compatibility**: Not all email services are supported, which can be a limitation for some users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time management

I use the software on a daily basis. Key strokes are very easy to learn. Daily tips have been fun and quite helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that part of the challenge is getting from inbox to prioritized actions. I think you guys are missing that.

I think it would be helpful to link to Motion App.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I receive a couple of hundred emails every day. Superhuman allows me to review and process emails faster than they come in.

I like how intuitive the AI and automation features are. It isn't overkill, the tools are as advanced as you need to speed up email without being overwhelmed, inundated, or left wanting.

Only complaint would be easier access to a legen for keyboard shortcuts. They're so helpful that I want to use them all all the time but I forget which is which sometimes

Te whole expirince was good so far, the only thing that I don't know how to do yet - formating text in the iOS app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Superhuman AI is helping me with EVERY email from personal to my work communications. I find it really useful (but probably will make me super lazy xD)

Super Helpful email tool!

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Saves me a ton of time on emails every day and increases my efficiency and effectiveness. Allows me to get back to doing things that really matter faster.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found a way to view all of my calendars together there yet, but they are constantly coming up with new features, so perhaps it is on its way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to summarize long email chains quickly using AI. Easy to use shortcuts and helpful reminders. Like boomerang, but easier to use and more efficient. Helps me prioritize and reply to emails faster and easily set reminders to come back to others later.

The best Gmail client around, if you have the cash for it

  • May 24, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Multi-platform, runs on all devices (through Chrome on Linux), very intuitive and easy to install. I have this as the default mail client and use it multiple times a day. It integrates well with Google and Zoom (haven't tried on M365, but would like to in my next role that uses that). Split inboxes are great for not losing what's most important, like odd calendar invites that Gmail doesn't always pickup. This is great for people who have email heavy workloads, the muscle memory and speed possible here will save you hours. Responsive team who generally want your feedback.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only the cost, this sucker is expensive. I have a couple month free trial to start, but $30/mo is steep.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Blazing fast speed to move between messages, workflows, and triage. It helps me by allowing me to prioritize what's important and not miss those things. Keyboard-driven design (did I mention SPEED) allow you to triage any mess and keep it tidy. Easy to declare bankrupcy if it's too bad to get you to manageable. Pallete system is great.
