What do you like best about the product?
The thing I like the best is the fast email service, it offers from a undo send to an A.I. Range. It seems legit.
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing I dislike about it is that it charges $30
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I’m solving school problems and organizational problems.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I don’t know any advice.

Superhuman = Superbad

What do you like best about the product?
Their concierge onboarding was awesome and, notionally, I think they're trying to teach people better practices with inbox management, Ai, etc. Definitely was impressed for the first few minutes. Also really liked their unsubscribe feature to auto-unsubscribe from different services.

Clearbit integration was convenient for seeing more details on my contacts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overly complicated. Keyboard shortcuts already exist in Gmail, so I don't understand the value they bring to the table other than the Clearbit integration. There is NOWHERE in their product where you can manage your account with Superhuman and, given that you need a credit card up-front to get access to the product to trial it (which they charge as soon as they've onboarded you), you absolutely MUST give people a means of opting out. I scoured their product and couldn't find it anywhere in the settings.

The Chrome extension kept failing once I installed the mobile app and I had to keep removing it and then REDO the onboarding, including connecting to Gmail again.

Lastly, and this was sneaky, Superhuman does pixel tracking of emails. I suppose that in order to do this they needed to remove or deactivate my Outreach integration. This was done without warning me and is completely unacceptable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I thought it was going to help me get my inbox organized, but it basically uses the same simple principles that are already in Gmail.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Wait until the product is further along and you don't have to pay for it up-front before trialing.

Fastest and most productive email client I've tried

What do you like best about the product?
Superhuman is extremely fast and has taught me how to use shortcuts that help improve my productivity
What do you dislike about the product?
I use folders extensively to organize my emails, and have to exit to gmail whenever I need to create a new folder
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I spend a large part of my day in email, often on mobile, and I found it to be painful to triage and respond to emails on mobile before

What do you like best about the product?
Extremely fast. All the short cuts make your life 10x better. Product updates very frequently.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few commands that Gmail can do but Superhuman can not yet, but minor enough in my opinion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Manage email faster both for mobile and desktop.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Best decision ever!

What do you like best about the product?
Simple. Quick. And getting better at it feels rewarding, not a task.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's expensive for an inbox, but worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Get through email I usually didn't.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Get set up as soon as possible.

Went through the setup and then went dark

What do you like best about the product?
On boarding was pretty descriptive. Filled out all the necessary information. Seemed to be a solid start as they were very responsive at first.
What do you dislike about the product?
They sent preliminary pricing after I filled out the questionnaire. Having not even seen a screen shot or what it can do I asked if they had a 30 day demo. They never reached back out even after I followed up, twice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saw a few colleagues that have been using so I was intrigued with the value prop they propose. However was never able to see or gain access after all the setup work. Poor execution, communication, or both.

Great product, albeit narrow use case

What do you like best about the product?
It truly is as speedy as they claim. It also has awesome 'slack-esque' use of shortcuts
What do you dislike about the product?
A bit pricey for what it is, and the Gmail client itself keeps getting better, making a tool like this a nice-to-have
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting through a lot of emails more quickly
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you REALLY have a need to get through emails fast, and that you have the time to invest in learning the shortcuts

Re-inventing the email process forever!

What do you like best about the product?
Superhuman is undoubtably the best email product out there. It makes it exciting and easy to reach inbox zero, send emails quickly, snooze emails, follow-up, track read receipts, and schedule with integrated calendars. All of the great features they add on top of Gmail seamlessly work together and combine to make an amazing novel emailing experience!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike here. The only fault I really see here is that this can make emailing a little bit expensive for some. That being said, if you really value your time, you'll see that spending any sort of money on this app will be worth it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Superhuman makes it effortless to reach inbox zero, template responses, send scheduled emails, follow-up on-time, and organize emails seamlessly. Their iOS and browser apps integrate together seamlessly to create an experience that is *super* fast and intuitive. They also have one of the most beautiful UI experiences I've ever seen.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Superhuman is an amazing product! It's worth the wait, the cost (for most), and is an absolutely amazing experience overall. It truly makes email fun, even for corporate and marketing/sales jobs. :)
