Managing emails have never been easier
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part of using Superhuman is how easy it is to empty your inbox. No more cluttered and missed emails. Also the shortcuts and snippets makes your life easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
My least favorite part about it is that the macOS app can be a bit laggy. Also, the iOS app feels slow
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I get anxious when I see many notifications and a large list of emails. Superhuman gives you the satisfying feeling that you've emptied your inbox. Since I deal with external writers, there is an influx of emails in my mailbox. This helps me to manage everything effeciently.
Game changing email experience
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Superhuman for about 2 years now. Yes, it is expensive. Yes, there's a learning curve. But if you receive more than 30 or 40 emails a day and need to process them quickly because your time is valuable (i.e. founder, CEO, etc) then $1 a day for getting back 30 minutes or more of your time is a no-brainer.
Think of it like Gmail and other pure consumer apps are like Honda civics - reliable but not powerful. If you buy a Maserati (Superhuman), yes, it costs more, yes you need to understand how it works, and yes - it's powerful.
The onboarding is not a gimmick, and they will continue to support you with any questions as you use the product. 2 years in I'm still finding ways to have Superhuman save me another few minutes a day, and for me, that is priceless.
If you have to think about whether $30 a month is worth saving 8 to 10 hours a month of your time by letting you manage your email entirely by keyboard, then you are not in Supehuman's target market. I am, and anytime I have to go into Gmail or other email apps now, I am blown away by how much more time consuming the UX is than Superhuman.

What do you dislike about the product?
If I was going to dislike anything, it's that I can't use plugins with Superhuman like I can with Gmail. However in the long term that has not proven to really be much of an issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Superhuman let's me be in charge of my email instead of my email being in charge of me.
It saves me time by sorting my mail for me, allowing instant unsubscribe, and allowing me to run my email without my hands leaving the keyboard ever.

The UI/UX is top notch. I like how my inbox is divided into separate sections, makes it super easy for me to find and go through emails. I also love the shortcuts, it makes it so much faster to produce actions within the app.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the superhuman mobile app can be better, there's a lot of UX friction in some places. Also, some of my important emails get mistakenly tagged as spam.

Fastest email client ... period.

It's just super-fast, lightweight, and easy to use. Email is a pain... this takes a lot of the pain out of it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price is crazy high. But, in the end, if you value your time, the costs wash.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email is a challenge. Its a time suck. Superhuman, makes getting through emails (and into Inbox Zero if that's your thing) much easier.
Superb product with a 10x return on invested time.
What do you like best about the product?
Keyboard commands and automation a super efficient. Particularly like that I can do pretty much everything from the iOS app or the desktop app. I don't have to go back to my desk to complete things.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were a way to sort by sender in filtered and unfiltered views. This would facilitate cleaning up an inbox that has been ignored and unpruned for a while.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time management has improved. Follow up tools and reminders are also helpful. I used to forget things and miss follow up opportunities. Superhuman makes it so easy to stay on top of things.
A must for any customer success or account rep!
What do you like best about the product?
Superhuman allows me to effortlessly fly through my inbox and respond to all my clients in a timely fashion. The best part is the feeling of hitting inbox 0.
Gmail can feel very clunky at times and leveraging Superhuman has given me control of my inbox in a fun/productive way!

What do you dislike about the product?
That I can never look at Gmail the same. I do think the platform has opportunities to improve on email threads. One thing I did like about g-mail was a 3rd party app that allowed me to reverse thread an email, so the newest email was at the top instead of the bottom. If Superhuman could this as a feature I'd be ecstatic!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time management, communication and organizations are the biggest problems I'm solving with Superhuman. Since using Superhuman I have been at inbox 0 for close to 8 weeks in a row! It's great to be able to get back to clients in a quick/effective fashion.
Going back to Gmail would be like using iMessage then going back to a green text bubble
What do you like best about the product?
Everything. It is my favorite tool. I would never go back to Gmail.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Maybe would be nice to have reporting/data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making emails faster.
Superhuman makes my work so much easier
What do you like best about the product?
I am a person that has a really hard time checking my email. I am notorious at not reading messages and letting my inbox pile up - so superhuman's ability to section out different types of emails that I choose, it's shortcuts that make sending emails easier, and it's clean layout has honestly made me more productive over time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don't like is that some of the functionality with contacts leaves a little less to be desired. I'd love to be able to import and update contacts through the software instead of going into google.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am absolutely checking my email constantly - I have the desktop app open on my screen all day and my response times have improved by a wide margin. I am also staying much more organized by getting rid of emails I don't need and really only making use of the ones that are absolutely crucial to me.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I absolutely felt that the support team was crucial when I was first getting set up. Their intro call was insanely helpful and the follow-up emails between me and their support team were pleasant and helpful! Utilize support!
Feeling like a SuperHuman - its true
What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity and speed of Superhuman. I used to have a mega inbox - it completely overwhelmed me. Now its empty - messages are coming back when I want to - so distraction is gone, and productivity is way up
What do you dislike about the product?
Really nothing. I am learning new keystrokes every day. It's super good at what it needs to be super good at.

* elaborate manual tasks (snippets is great for that)
* getting precious time back into my schedule - I'd not be surprised if that's an hour per day
