Superhuman for Sales
What do you like best about the product?
Superhuman makes it incredibly easy to:
- Segment your inbox into priority areas
- Snooze and bump emails (handle them when you're ready)
- See relevant information on who you're talking with (right panel)

What do you dislike about the product?
I want Superhuman to do basically everything (my calendar, email sequencing, robust analytics, etc.) — which is more of a testament to how great the core product us vs. shortcomings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Superhuman allows me to keep my inbox clear daily to prioritize the most relevant and important emails I receive at any given time. It does the same for each of my team members that use it.
Great set of features in a slick UI
What do you like best about the product?
Everything can be done with the keyboard. Not sure of the shortcut? There's a shortcut to search shortcuts. Massively helpful and super configurable.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's pretty costly. I think most of the features are available in gmail, but I'm now addicted to Superhuman and can't imagine going back.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Superhuman helps get through email faster. The snooze functionality is really slick and allows for a massive decrease in distractions.

The ability to focus on one email at a time and the ability to control email with just keyboards.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like the ability to enable Grammarly.

Its solving distractions from multiple email that come through while working on one email.
Best Email Service
What do you like best about the product?
Superhuman really helps with organizing and speeding up my email inbox and activity.
In particular, split inboxes, snippets, and reminders help with task management and intelligence within email that I have not seen in another system. For instance, being able to assign a reminder time as you send an email is seemingly small but such a helpful task management function that is an integral part of my workflows.

What do you dislike about the product?
I have not seen meaningful updates in the 1 year that I've been using Superhuman. I'm still a happy user but there are product updates like Out of Office setting visibility that would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is very easy to miss follow-up on emails and Superhuman helps to have higher intentionality with emails sent and when follow-up should occur.

What do you like best about the product?
its's super fast, very responsive, and almost never down. I tried every other email client and Superhuman is miles better than the competition.
What do you dislike about the product?
A little slow to release new features, it's largely the same as it was 3 years ago, but new AI releases sound promising.

very fast, has templates, auto bcc, auto intro, and simple interface. keyboard shortcuts are awesome
Extremely effective and fast
What do you like best about the product?
Keyboard shortcuts are a game changer for the email experience. Superhuman has made moving through email fun and easy. I moved to it because I wanted better folder systems (which I got), but now I am sticking around due to extreme ease of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside is that going through email becomes too much fun, so you end up getting more distracted to work on email easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sorting through important and unimportant mail, quick response times and not missing on important deadlines and customer interactions

It is super fast, and helps me get through my email in record time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not totally a dislike. But the outlook calendar is better for most things than the Superhuman calendar. For doing things quickly the Superhuman calendar is better.

A way to supercharge your email processing
What do you like best about the product?
Shortcut keys, reminders, snippets. Being able to go through emails fast is awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
The folder system, can't create rules, calendar features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a busy inbox and getting stressed about all the emails.
Very useful but missing a few features
What do you like best about the product?
I like that my inbox is more organized and I get more tasks done on time since I can see what is pending. I also like the daily images when you clear your inbox.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't particularly appreciate that I can't filter certain emails so they group together. The split inbox feature is a little tricky to use. I also wished it was easier to add bullet points and formatting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has made checking my inbox way faster. Now I have a more productive emailing routine with reminders, templates, and different inbox classifications. This is an important part of my job.

I like how I can easily navigate through my emails

None so far. I am very satisfied with everything on it
