Makes email a frictionless, even joyful, experience where I can focus my energy on what I do best
What do you like best about the product?
The thoughtfulness of how they design the interface and the shortcuts encourages me to get through my inbox quickly and thoroughly. One of the best parts is the hundreds of hours that I've saved using Superhuman over gmail.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to justify for personal email use because of the expense, but if you're doing a lot of personal networking, interviewing, etc. then it's invaluable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My main problems that Superhuman solves are around navigating quickly, finding old emails, creating templates, and quickly checking my calendar. The new AI function is mindblowing.

What do you like best about the product?
Achieving Inbox Zero feels so good. I rest easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The calendar sometimes gets screwy, specifically when appointments change.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I LOVE how easy it is to set reminders. I manage people and I use the reminder function a lot to make sure things actually get done.

The outstanding Support via Mail. The new features that you can try for free and the FAST Client (It´s SUPER FAST)

Nothing. Everything is like it should be!

Clear the Inbox fast and decide immediatly what to do with this mails.

Superhuman is amazing for everyone who's challenged by a full email inbox and just wants the quickest experience possible.
The loading speed is exceptional and the shortcuts easy to memorize, especially as a former gmail user.

Lack of integrations.

Superhuman is supporting the users by providing a quick and hassle-free email experience.
Seriously fast and efficient email
What do you like best about the product?
All keyboard shortcuts, super easy to transition from gmail, beautiful UI on web, desktop and mobile
What do you dislike about the product?
Calendar - which it wasn't read only. Also wish I could filter a bit better like gmail. Everything else is great
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Company transitioned to outlook from gmail so this was a great alternative to gmail without having to use outlook.

the quick archive feature (just press E) and the reminders to let emails pop up at a later point

The shortcuts and inboxes are too good to ever go back to archaic Gmail.

I really can't think of a downside. The product is so intuitive and I'm much more productive with it. Even sharing with others for referrals is super easy

Inbox zero is my main goal and I've never seen another tool be so good at it.
Superhuman has changed my personal and business life
What do you like best about the product?
I can fly through my inbox extremely quick and have more time to handle other tasks that are more important! The idea behind zero inbox is fantastic. Not having a ton of clutter is an amazing thing to see each time I open Superhuman.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was an API to connect to our CRM. the addon to salesforce was a nice option but we no longer use salesforce because of how terrible they are as a company

Keeping organized, calendar in my email with smart tools to schedule meetings with automatic links, things like snippets save time for sales type emails.
The primary thing in my opinion is the shortcut keys and not having to use the mouse.

integrations with calender, snipits, AI tools (ie thread summarize), sender profile, unsend option, reminder if no reply.

Inability to change evrnts on the calender from Superhuman

What do you like best about the product?
Keyboard shortcuts are snappy, and I have found no equal among other email clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is unfortunate that no Android app exists. I'm not surprised, but it would be productive for me to have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Superhuman reduces the aversion to getting to those pesky emails that you want to put off without addressing. You can snooze with such little psychological barrier.
